Friendly staff and great value”
For those with a car this is a nice hotel for a stay in Surat Thani. We stayed during Covid times so no breakfast was being served. Staff was very friendly, swimming pool was relaxing and beds comfortable. Next time we are in Surat will stay here again.

Good location for what we needed and where we needed to go. It's a bit outside but still near the city if you have wheels. Kids loved the pool.

Unprofessional staff, slimey pool, and bathroom issue”
When we first arrived, the front staffs were cold and unfriendly; the older staff paid more attention to his politics channel than us. When we got in to the room, the toilet was left unflushed. It was yellow and had hairs. The slimey swimming pool was unhygienic with lots of debris and algae. Worse, the rule sign could not be seen from all sides of the entrance, so we didn’t know that wearing flipflops was prohibited when we checked out the pool. But instead of a friendly warning, we got yelled at. We will never come back here again.

We were in cell block 3, it sure felt like a cell don't trip going into the room, stupid design Shocking bathroom, water everywhere over the toilet while showering, no shelf for your toiletries, no flywire, mossies got in...the light, well ill let you find it if you want to have a shave , forget it.. no mirror near powerpoint breakfast, what a joke, don't bother oh and the pool ,,the 4 HARD chairs that have cushions, well no cushions bad choice for westerners, my mistake...

Piscine propre à 80. %. Chambre bruyante à l'arrière à cause du terrain de football. Ne pas payer plus de 550 bahts par nuit.

Cheap and Cheerful”
We stayed in this hotel for the night before catching ferry to Samui the next day. The staff were very efficient and made our stay as comfortable as possible. There are a few food stalls(fried chicken and bbq fish) which made for a good dinner option as there were hardly any other restaurants near the hotel.

location is in surat thani----- no foreigners go there! is long way from the pier no reason for anyone to go there but if you do this is a good hotel with a thai bbq buffet a 2 minute walk away

New hotel and rooms but little bit better plans could be so much better. Balcony is wide but only half meter deep so you can not even put chear there normally. Toilet have made style and looked beautiful but no turn on floor so whole bathroom leaked water after shower. Swimming pool closed 6 pm ? And most customers like us come to this hotel after that. Breakfast was very basic with nescafe and dried cream powder. Location bit out of city but tuk tuk and taxi meter are cheap and they call you them in front desk.

Good clean spacious rooms, has pool and car park. But not much to do in this area ( restaurants and bars etc)
