Very good location ”

The room is ok , small but clean , little smell of cigarettes but it's okie , can hear people talking from the other room ,,, infront of my favorite resto in Singapore "bu tong ke " and also food court ,, convenient and close to supermarket and zhongsan plaza overall Oke for 1-2 night budget stay in Singapore 👍🏻

Value for money”

Pleasant , good and friendly staff and clean rooms except for certain guests who smokes in room pollute the whole area and thus making rooms and towels smells of nicotine which is a turn off. Would appreciate to have air sanitizer available to kill off the smell. Other than that it was well maintained.

Came with my mum, it's a small space but good location”

Balestier road is really convenient and this hotel is small but really clean and good value for what you pay. Would return!

Clean and nice hotel ”

Great and spacious hotel room and its good that my requests for extra pillows are met for the 2D1N stay. The close proximity to many eateries within walking distance and cinema makes it all worthwhile.

VALUE 4 MONEY. ”

I think with the new renovation, this hotel should be atleast 3star. Although there are many things still for improvement, the rate is cheap enough. Transpo and food are a 10. The only thing we didnt like is the pillow too thin and no slippers. Overall very good.

Money for value”

Very good as always. Staff are courteous and friendly and they remember every retuning hotel guests and address by their name and they make an effort in making guest feel at home and always checking on their welfare to make sure they have a good and pleasant stay.

The hotel room is pretty decent and there is alot of great food around the area. Not too far from town if you take a taxi. Hotel is pretty new and staff is friendly. Pretty good for the value.

Excellent”

Good location, very helpful staff.............great food across the street at the hawkers market. Rooms are small but very clean, great for a short stay. MTR, Buses 21 & 131 and taxi are very convenient.

Good place and convenient ”

Very good location,near food court next to 7-11 And the bus stop. Room a little bit small but reasonable with price. Nice staff good advice,helper is nice.

Value for the money and location”

First I'm a bit worried if the hotel is too far from the city center until I found out that it nears bus stop on both of routes with many Bus lines option. Bef Balestier Plaza and Opp. Public Mansion bus stop were really save our days. Not forget to mention 7-eleven is on the same building with the hotel. Location Location Location ^^

Great room with extra pillows ”

Staff at reception is polite and good.Room was clean and the hotel is walking distance (Abt 5 mins) to Balestier Market

Food street”

U can find lot of food surrounding area. opposite is Balestier Market, must try the Big Prawn Noodle. beside hotel is 711. u can even find Durian nearby. Founder Bak Kut Teh must try too. Hotel room is very small but consider its a budget hotel, ok lo. McD, KFC all nearby. easy to find transport too. even bus stop is nearby.

Great value for money”

Get things done. Clean, compact, and cozy. It doesn't feel as small as it looked. Sound proof might be a little poor, some thudding can be heard when your neighbor closes the door.

was good for a quick stay but got the ground floor which did not have windows and was noisy at time but for the price, location and staff were polite

Great value for money. Clean and comfy bed. Clean room and bathroom. Nothing much to grumble. Maybe just the noise from the corridor, not sure why they like to vacuum at wee hours.

I felt pleased when I chose there to stay. But the room here was too narrow but it had very high cost Your staff was always help us when we had questions.
