Comfortable stay”

My family stayed here for 2 nights and we felt welcomed as the lobby was spacious and drinks were provided, check in was swift and handled professionally by front-desk. It is a relatively new place as the carpark smells very “musky/dusty”, lift floor was dusty and also corridors leading to rooms were dusty as well. But inside the 1 bedroom apartment everything looks clean, aircon is cool, kitchenette is clean, living room was clean, bedroom and toilet was very clean as well. Bed linens were clean and huge bed for family of 3 with young child sharing bed. Walking or 5 minutes drive to Puteri Harbour where Little Big Club was located and plenty of bars and restaurants that serves Chinese, Malay, tapas, Indian, western food. There mini mart, pharmacy, small toys r us. We drove to Legoland and it took approx 10-15minutes. Opposite Frasers place there’s another condotel with supermarket. Breakfast was acceptable and food range was okay. We will visit again!

An option for quaint and quietness”

The hotel is proximated in Puteri Harbour. This has its pros - quiet, close to LEGOLAND and Bukit Indah and cons - limited eating, shopping and night life. Having stayed in Fraser Hotels over the years, I am unsurprised by their continued standards of hospitality and rooms. It is a stay that is not usual, as it's far from JB Town. However, it makes for an interesting getaway if you are looking for a quaint and quieter night's stay,

Excellent”

This is our first time staying over at Fraser place. In terms of location wise, it is almost to the end, overlooking the sea. Which is good as the the view is splendid and there is a balcony. Quite a walking distance to Hello kitty Themepark, but with 3 kids in tow, it is less than 5 mins drive there and abt 1 0 to 10 - 15 mins drive to legoland. Room is well equipped with utensils, iron board, etc.. But the only thing is that, there is only one mirror.. N that is in the toilet. Hopefully mgmt can look into installing another tall mirror outside. Great customer service. TV channels were OK. There's a bathtub which is a plus pt since my kids love it. The toilet however has a strange kind of smell. It's unpleasant, I've never experienced in other hotels. Didn't manage to try out the breakfast n pool thou. But all in all, we enjoyed our stay there.. Will definitely come again for the next visit.

My 2nd time stay in fraser place puteri harbour. Both my stay here was so wonderful. Staff very polite, room very clean. Will definitely come back again.

Just love the fraser, with its thoughtful touch and amenities. Their pleasant staffs and amazing location with serene vibe. I feel tottaly relaxed and enjoyed my stay. Fraser had made my johor Bahru trip memorable and will definitely return to fraser for my next trip.

Really nice place to stay”

I have stayed many times at Fraser Place as solo traveler and with family. Every time it is always an enjoyable experience. Very good location - can walk to Puteri Harbor and only a short drive to LegoLand.

Amazing stay”

We arrived at the Hotel around 11PM at night and even though it is already late, the front desk staff was really so nice, polite and helpful to us. We got a free upgrade as the room we have booked did not have anymore large bed, which was very sweet indeed. The room was really clean and it is definitely worth the money, everything was in there and it is really good for a long stay. The breakfast was really good, and the check-out process was fast and the front desk staff even asked if we have any feedbacks for them so that they could improve better. I think overall our stay was very pleasant and we will definitely come back again and recommend to our friends and family. Well done Fraser! Thumbs up for your service and also the cleanliness of the room!

Great hotel and delicious food”

This is our first time to stay in this hotel. Our room(studio executive) was very spacious, even though we add extra bed. The room view amazing and clean. The hotel really near Legoland so it is easy because that is our main reason to come to Johor. There is washing machine with dryer in our room. Very convenient to wash and dry our kids swimsuit. The breakfast was delicious and have many choices. We also get to try barbeque dinner at offer price, buy one free one at RM 128. And the steak is really delicious. We will come back and stay at this hotel again since we have Legoland Annual pass.

New service apartment/hotel. Very spacious and ample parking. Located abt 400m away from main Puteri Harbour strip.

Great choice”

If you are in Johor Bahru just to visit Legoland and do a bit of shopping at JPO, this hotel would be the beat choice. This is one of the newer hotels in the area and the rooms are the best! Downside is that the restaurants are quite far and the only food option is to done in the hotel restaurant which serves good food anyway.

I wish the Puteri Harbour area had more foot traffic, but the hotel was superb.

Excellent Place to stay in JB”

Frasers is a wonderful place to say. Every thing from the interior, to the food was great. It's a good place to stay if you're planning to head to Legoland. If you're planning to do a shopping trip, their place is 30 mins away from the malls and customs area. I'd go for their other Fraser property located nearer to JB Sentral. But overall it is an excellent place to live like a king. I'd definitely come back here.

Perfect for both short and long holiday ”

It's a serviced apartment so we can't expect big and huge facilities. Just small pool and gym. Place walkable distance to nearby eateries. We drove so we can drive to Bt Indah Mall which is pretty nearby. About 7 minutes drive. Will definitely stay in Frasers again 👍

Neat place for a weekend getaway”

Accom is at Puteri Harbour which is close to the Tuas checkpoint (15-20mins drive). Location is nice and quiet with minimal traffic. Nearby towns like Bukit Indah, Sutera or Skudai are all within half an hour’s drive. Room is nice and clean with equipments such as washing machine, cooking stove top and utensils. Only problem was that the freezer in the fridge wasn’t cold enough, so do not put ice cream in there. Otherwise, an awesome stay. will definitely go back!

Very good experience.”

Indeed very nice stay. Family of five, parents and three kids, two bedrooms was very suitable, kitchen very well equipped, spacious bedroom. The swimming pool is nice, staff very welcoming and professional. My 9 years daughters was really happy to stay there with her best friend, but next time she wants us to book the three bedrooms. She made a nice drawing to thanks the hotel staff. The only cons was the Nexpresso machine we get too late because the man at the housekeeping said our two bedrooms apart is not entitled. But a second request at the reception confirmed we were entitled. and we did not get also our fruit plate at checking. But we are still happy of our stay. Very near to Legoland by car.

One day staycation in Puteri Habour”

The service apartment located next to Pinetree Marine resort where both of them share a common car park. The directories or signboards are not clear enough direct customer to hotel lobby where located at 2nd floor. You would be easily misled by them instead to floors that are still under renovation. Do use the lift that somehow attached to not all parking levels but merely a few to access the lobby directly. Concierge service is not excellent despite of staffs' friendliness . They provides limited information. Do voice out your questions. The Fraser place officially commenced its business in 2018 but no dinner buffet is available until December 2019 as pronounced by them. You have to patronize limited restaurants in the proximity. Breakfast spread provided has variety of choices, from Asian delights to breads and butter. Places of interests in the vicinity has become lesser after Hello Kitty Town ceases business after 31 Dec 2019.

Superb, bright, spacious and super clean new hotel, with full kitchenette and washing dryer machine.”

For us, we are very satisfied with the hotel. Spacious room with all equipment needed especially for us travel with a 17 months baby. We stayed in the room for this 3 days 2 nights booking. We definitely will come back again in Dec 2019 or whenever we visit to Johor. This is the best hotel we stayed and really worth it. Excellent service provided from front desk especially Ms Cheng Wai - cant remembered exactly the name.

Great room, quiet location. ”

Pros: - For families with transport as there is parking available and lifts go straight to your room from the basement carpark. Convenient. Parking is complimentary. - Room is spacious. King size bed perfect with parents with 1 toddler. Electronics and appliances of good quality and works well. - Pool is semi-indoor. Outdoor pool can be tad cold but indoor dip pool is warm. - Food choices nearby. Can be quite a walk but shuttle services are available. Best if you have own transport. Cons: - Families with toddlers may find it a bit hard to find activities for kids as the Thomas train and kitty town nearby has already closed, Puteri Harbour is now almost deserted with most shops already closed. Only bars and eateries left. - Food quality at the hotel is mediocre, at best. We stayed for 4 nights weekend to weekday yet the breakfast spread did not change. Room service wasn’t that great either.

Good stay of rest”

Room is big and place in clean. You even have a bathtub in the toilet! Quiet place for rest. Location wise, it depends where you are going. If to city centre, it's not near but if you are driving then no issue. Of course near to if you were going to Hello Kitty or Legoland etc. Overall a good place to rest with quietness out of the buzzling city area.

Brand New Hotel with excellent ammineties”

Hotel is brand new with excellent ammenities.For the first time i check in a hotel with a washing machine in the room.Due to Corona Virus pendemic only one reception staff asssiting me that day and she was very polite and helpfull. Room are extremly spacious and modern concept style.Ideally this hotel is nice to relax as it is 20 minutes away from johor bahru town.i will definately recommend this hotel to my family and friends.
