Well-equipped serviced suites”
After having read the excellent reviews on Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur, we decided to pamper ourselves with a little staycation in their club studio. We found the staff very friendly and efficient while our good-sized studio was very well equipped with brand new, quality accessories and ample lighting. The big bowl containing complimentary fruits and snacks was a very welcome touch. The establishment is also generous with their grooming and bathroom accessories. Nonetheless, we found that the hot water for the shower ran out rather quickly; the water temperature started dropping after only a short time. Food-wise, the buffet breakfast was adequate as were the pre-dinner drinks and finger food. On the whole, a definite thumbs up.

Home away from Home in KL”
We had a great stay at Fraser Residence Kuala Lumpur. The hotel is located within 3-5 minutes' walk from Bukit Nanas station. It is also located near the Twin Towers. We had a great view of the towers from our bedroom window :) The hotel itself was extremely luxurious yet homely at the same time. Everything was in good condition and we had whatever we needed in the kitchenette for some late night cooking. We would definitely stay here again when we come back to KL!

We arrived before check in time but the hotel staff has immediately note down our details and settled us in the room before check in time. A very big room, kitChen etc. A very beautiful city view from balcony. On 5th floor a very nice swimming pool and enjoyed a lot. On the rooftop viewed the whole Kuala Lumpur. A great breakfast. This hotel was astounding and had everything we could ask for. The pool was amazing and the late closing time of the pool allowed us to be out all day then still be able to come back at night to relax in the pool and have fun. The children loved the pool especially and would have happily spent the whole week in the vicinity of the pool. Location of the hotel was excellent, only a 10 minute walk to KLCC. The hotel was always impeccable and a massive shout out to the housekeeping staff for always keeping our room in a tip top shape. We were extremely pleased with how we could come back and the room would be like we had just checked in for the first time. Absolutely great! Would 100% come back to Fraser residence every time. The facilities were good especially the view from the Sky Gym at night and it definitely felt like a five star hotel. The only thing that could possibly be improved is to have a free shuttle service to maybe the mosque on a friday etc. Other than we were very pleased!

Wonderful Trip With Girlfriend”
It was a wonderful stay with my girlfriend in Fraser Residence. The location is convenient. Room is cozy and clean, coupled with complete set of kitchen appliance. The hotel is nicely designed. The lighting in the hotel make the environment perfect. I have great time with my girlfriend in the kitchen as we managed to cook our first dinner together after a quick groceries shopping at the adjacent KLCC and Avenue K shopping malls. Breakfast is above my expectation as compared to other hotel's breakfast. Serving good and decent food with variety. The only flip side is that the entry barrier of car park was not in operation, making the exit from the car park troublesome after we check out from the Residence. Overall, a memorable stay with friendly hotel staff. My girlfriend enjoyed it very much.

Enjoyable Stay”
We had an enjoyable stay at Fraser Residence. While the staff may not be that experience (yet), they are humbly trying their best. The facilities are quite good with sauna, swimming pool, sky gym and executive lounge. For the location, it is not as super convenient as other hotels, as it takes 10 min to walk to Bukit Nanas Monorail Station and about 15 min walk to KLCC (using a short cut). There is also no shop (except a convenient store) or eatery around the location. For those who are superstitious, you may be a little apprehensive as Fraser is very near to a cemetery.

Fantastic stay”
Fraser Residence is a wonderful place to stay when in KL. KLCC is at 10 mins walk, Bukit Nanas mono rail is at 5 mins walk, in short very much reachable from all famous attractions. Room was very spacious and contained all the basic necessities like a washing machine, cooking equipments etc. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone who wishes to have a pleasant stay with wonderful staff and at a reasonable cost. One thing that can be improved is the food as the options are very much limited for vegans.

Perfect Luxury Experience”
Great! Awesome! Perfect Stay. I always booked Fraser residence without having the thoughts to try other hotels/residences. The best beside Grand Hyatt. Their towels are clean. Rooms & Bedsheets are superb clean. The studio and one bedroom apartment are the best. :) Well recommended. Love the breakfast and the frequent shuttle bus services to KLCC and pavilion. :)

I had a great experience in Fraser Residence, KL along with my family. My daughters were simply enjoying a lot in room [one bedroom deluxe, Room # 1288] and in pool area specially. This service apartment is one of the nicest one I've ever stayed across Malaysia. The rooms are spacious, plenty of choice at breakfast, wonderful staffs and having all the facilities and amenities a holiday maker is looking for. There is a free daily shuttle service also for which one need to contact with concierge. For me the only drawback is, location [it may vary person to person] because there is no convenient stores and restaurants are nearby. However, altogether this property is fantastic :) Thanks to the management and all the staffs of Fraser Residence, KL for the warm hospitality extended :)

We reach very late due to some last min urgent matters + traffic jam at the highway to KL. However, they keep the room for us & check in very fast indeed. Staff very prompt to our request during our stay. Residence are 10mins away from KLCC. Rooms are superly complete with amenities & clean. Facilities are great! My Birthday Retreat on 23/7 to 25/7”
Staying at Fraser Resident for 2 nites stay for my birthday retreat. Check-in for so fast and they gave us high floor as per requested. The apartment was so huge with kitchenware. The location is so good just 10mins walking distance to our favourite Nasi Kandar Pelita Restaurant and Selera Ampang. The room was well maintain with complete toiletries. Nearby shopping area such as KLCC and Avenue K. Breakfast got alots of variety. Nasi Lemak and Keoy Teow Fried Noodle was so yummlicious. Azizah/Ramli Spore

I like everything about Fraser Residence eventhough the location is a bit scarry - next to the graveyard. I can see the graveyards clearly from my room. The breakfast is awesome. I like it very much. The room is spacious. I stayed in a 1 room apartment. The facilities are very good. With a large fridge. Washing machine. I like the Nespresso. There are 2 bathrooms. The chef in the 5th floor restaurant is so generous. He gave me complimentary Aglio, the taste is superb. Overall, I like Fraser Residence. Highly recommended to stay here.

Lives up to its reputation”
It's my second time staying in Fraser Residence KL and the experience has been awesome. This time I stayed in the 2 bedroom premier suite and it's not much different from their 2 bedroom deluxe suite, with the exception of an extra balcony having an awesome view. The rooms are clean, comfy and the room service food are delicious. The air conditioning is exceptionally cold but it's better than being warm. The bathrooms are spacious and lavishly decorated. It's definitely been a great experience staying in Fraser Residences.

A memorable stay in KL”
My partner and I can't speak highly enough of Fraser Residence. The staff were friendly and kind throughout our stay, and made us feel very welcome. Fraser residence is well located and provides very good value for money. The breakfast is tasty and plentiful. The only thing to mention is make sure you clarify with the taxi driver they know that Fraser Place and Fraser Residence are different...especially if taking a taxi from the airport. Thank you for a lovely stay and would happily stay with you again!!

I love love LOVED this place. Reading other reviews, saying it took over 20 minutes for room service - well no wonder i was on the 31st floor, its a big place! Sheesh! Anyway awesome room, they let me check in at 10 if i upgraded to club room. Never used the club because the room was so awesome. The balcony was lovely - strange how fraser residences never have any balcony furniture? And it was wallking distance to the mall. And it had a washer dryer - but be aware the dryer for some reason goes on for 2 hours and a half and melted my trainers! Overall great stay and awesome bed.

We didn't expect our stays in Frasers were so good, there are Free bus shuttle to KLCC and nearby, Breakfast is perfect, Our room facility is complete with amnesties, also our room have great view . Couldn't be happier with my choice...”
Not my first time with the Fraser Residence, so I had a lot of expectations. I was not disappointed. Great size room, very clean. Only a few minor things needed fixing in the room but overall just great. Amazing facilities such as the panoramic gym on the 38th floor and the swimming pool. Location wasn't exactly the best but pretty darn good. Walking distance to KLCC and some other tourist area. I would stay at a Fraser anytime in any city. They can take my money!

this is my 2nd stay here..and as before the experience was flawless. this is definitely my go to hotel when i go to kuala lumpur. i stayed in a one bedroom suite with 2 little kids. it was so big that we didnt feel cramped at all. room was super clean and fully equipped with fridge, microwave and washing machine. breakfast not so special- although i do dig the chocolate croissant. swimming pool okay, nothing to comment about. just a standard pool location, well if you dont mind walking a little bit, you can get to suria klcc in around 10 mins..although they do have shuttle bus taking you to suria and pavilion (but not all the time. so have to check their schedule first). overall this is a value for money hotel, especially if you travel as a family.
