Luxury Business or Long Stay Appartment Hotel”

pros: 1. great facilities incl. rooftop pool, gym, spa, massage, 24h restaurant, free wifi. high class sound and tv system in the room. luxerious room, bathroom plus your own kitchen incl. fridge and oven. whatever - and more - than i expected from a 5-star hotel. 2. very friendly and attentative staff but without being persistent. 3. found this a great and luxury place for completing our sightseeing tour in delhi/agra/jaipur. 4. very good price rate for what you get. international service but on half the price you would pay in any other capital for the same service. 5. the food in the restaurant was excellent. and open 24 hours which i found exceptional. con: 1. location is a bit outside of delhi citycenter in a new development (20 min. drive to city centre). consider the rushhours if you go to the airport and dont want to miss the flight (30-60 min. depends on the traffic). 2. the appartment and all facilities were clean, anyhow the bathroom lacked the 5% of cleanliness in the corners that would be expected on the perfect 5-star house. anyhow, this was a very minor issue only and i considered the hotel as generally very clean.

As a regular visitors mainly in Mumbai and Delhi, Fraser Suites New Delhi is obviously the most outstanding and comfortable stay in terms of 'value for money'. Highly recommended for all business associates and family vacation.

Smart Stay at Fraser Suites ”

If any of you want to stay in the hotel in east Delhi Fraser Suites is an excellent choice. Elegant hotel with all the amenities for fun & Comfort. Washing machine, microwave & induction heating device all the amenities are available in the room. I give five star rating to the hotel.

Exceptional”

We were three adults occupying a very roomy, lovely 2-bedroom/2 bathroom suite with kitchen and laundry facilities. This is an excellent, cost-effective option for a family or 2 couples. The staff were very friendly and helpful. It is in East Delhi, so a bit far from the action with no real place to stroll outside, but Ola/Uber was a good means of overcoming that obstacle. There's also a metro station quite nearby. The only minor criticism would be that the pool area is not very inviting for anything other than swimming laps. Fitness Center is good.

Fraser suites is amazing property in Delhi NCR, you can book 1bhk 2bhk apartments unlike any other 5 star property. Totally love it!

Excellent hotel in a rather shabby location”

We booked and stayed in 4 suite rooms and each of these were packed with all the necessary facilities. The rooms were big, clean and comfortable. The staffs were friendly and very helpful. But the location of the hotel was a bit far away from the main attractions in Delhi and be sure to travell a lot. The breakfast had limited items and could be improved. The restaurant was very expensive with very spicy (not to my likings) foods. Overall it was an excellent experience except for the location and the expensive spicy foods.

This is the best hotel I stay in India during visiting New Delhi & Agra for for 6 day.The Manager in-charge Mr. Aditya is the most helpful staff in the hotel, not forget Mr Azeem too. One of the best hotels in New Delhi ”

Great hotel and staff. Good Breakfast spread. Room service is excellent and the chicken biryani is a must have. 5 mins walk to Metro station which is way way better than dealing with the polluted Delhi traffic. 15-20 mins in a metro will get you to all the hotspots in Delhi.

Good Service”

My stay at Frazer Suites New Delhi was pleasant. I was accorded warm hospitality from check in to check out. All staffs seems to be very helpful. I was impressed with the bed and pillows, certainly of good quality. Hotel location was a little off, and took a fair bit of time to move around by car with the heavy traffic around Delhi and Hotel seems to be very quiet in the night. Breakfast was excellent.

A really good hotel to stay in quiet relaxing side of delhi. Large rooms with all the things you need, service was really good specially the room service. i would definitely stay at frasers if i ever come back.=). highly recommended to everyone.

I have already commenced recommending Fraser Suites to my relatives and friends who would be travelling to New Delhi. Although the location is way off the city, but with Uber it is very much manageable.

Large apartment type rooms.”

Hotel is great for business travelers/familes wanting an extended stay in Delhi, I stayed in both a studio apartment and a 1 bedroom apartment. The Studio is similar to any hotel room but bit larger and comes with a basic kitchen and washing machine. The 1 bedroom apartment is much larger, bigger than twice the studio and has a much better quality to everything than the studio. Breakfast was excellent, every day was different, and the stuff were great. Specially the front office.

Clean room, Comfortable bed, Courteous staff, but far from everything”

Was here for a business trip where the meeting location was near to Fraser Suites, stayed for 2 nights and to be honest everything was pretty good. The driver from the airport couldn't find his way to the hotel, and front desk were very helpful to help direct the driver to location. Hotel room was big, bed was comfortable, shower water was hot and nice, and the climate control works flawlessly. Gym was nice and equipment are pretty decent and well maintained. Had Lamb Briyani for room service and it's tasty. Honestly no complaint. If you are here for vacation/ visit then it's a bit far from the city center and everything.

Beautiful Hotel!”

I loved the hospitality here. The guy at the front desk went out of his way to help me book a cheap ride from delhi to agra. It was complicated and took us 30 minutes but he was so helpful! The breakfast was delicious as well. There was a wide variety of food.

Great experience”

Fraser has been a great experience. room size, layout is awesome. TV, DVD player all up to mark. Room AC has a problem. Your water in the toilet may also suddenly turn cold. but their response time on such thing is very fast. i dont see why cant they stop water flowing out from the shower cubicle? i also dont see any reason, why cant they improve the dining area and the breakfast. the ambiance of the room and the dining area are totally a mismatch. But all in all, it is very good. there is always a scope of improvement and so does here. I rate Fraser Delhi 7 on 10.

Great hotel”

Our stay at the Fraser Suites was characterised by friendly and forthcoming staff. Particularly the employees in the coffeeshop (waiters & chefs) did everything in their power to make our stay a pleasant one. The room was, apart from a few appliances that needed maintenance, spacious and clean and the washer/dryer was a welcome addition to the kitchenette. The location of the hotel may not be the most central. However, the short walk to and from the metro station was no problem at all.
