Fraser Suites”
Staff were very helpful and the rooms were clean as well. Parking was not included in the price of the room. We had to book parking on the day itself for $30 a day. It is in the city so that was to be expected. However, there were 2 levels of parking in the hotel at the basement and while the first level was marked out with the hotel's name, the lowest level was not and it was under a different name which unless you asked was not informed to us. We thought there were not parking bays and kept circling the 2 levels until we called and were directed to the correct bay on the lowest level by a staff member. He came down to the level and told us where to park. 3 hotels share the bays so there were signs warning us not to park in wrong bays so naturally we were very wary. It would have been better had we been told about the lowest level parking and under which name it was. Other than that, it was a pleasant experience at Frasers suites.

One of the best I've ever stayed at.”
Beautiful rooms, clean, new, shiny, luxurious. WiFi works great. Facilities are great. The gym is minimal but effective. Sauna, spa and pool also lovely. The staff were wonderful. They really tried to make the whole experience enjoyable for everyone they served. The location was great for me. Walkable to the centre of the action, and easy to get to the south. Highly, highly recommend.

Everything was amazing”
From the moment you arrive you feel like your on holidays. You are met by loverly staff and a beautiful clean place. The pool and spa are amazing and the rooms very spacious and well priced. We love it here and have been back many times. Thank you staff for being so accommodating. We got early check in and late check out with a room on lever 18 and a king bed all completely. Amazing!

Clean, attentive staff, spacious room”
We stayed here for the second time and still had good experience. The room is spacious and clean. Staff is attentive to details. Only weak point was the location-it was not near the heart of the city, however, the bus stop was just in front of the hotel so this was very convenient. In overall 9.5 out of 10.

Excellent ”
On arrival we checked in to the third floor room 312 - but there was a problem with the entrance to the room (water leak) We where then upgraded to the 12th floor with a river view and late checkout added free of charge as a apology and to compensate the mishap with our first room . Which was very much appreciated and made our stay just that bit more enjoyable . Excellent room excellent services and friendly staff . 100% recommend . Thank you Fraser suites and Staff :)

Honeymoon”
We stayed at Fraser Suite Perth for our honeymoon for 2 nights . It was amazing ! Best service I ever received. Staff are so friendly and helpful. Room was so amazing with stunning view. They had put a bottle of wine and congrats wedding card for us as honeymoon amenities! But we not drink alcohol so I just took the card. Overall everything was perfect! Good sized apartment with a well equipped kitchenette”
Very clean and spacious apartment facing the waters. Just behind is Hay Street which has lots of food options. We had a car and there was also ample parking along the streets beside and behind the apartment. Parking is also free on weekends.

Beautiful modern facilities, room was clean, tidy, and the most comfortable bed. Views were amazing, close to the Casino, Vic Park and a short uber ride to the centre of the city. Will return again for a weekend stay.

Great Staycation”
My husband and I went to the Fraser Suites for our anniversary. We had a lovely time together. The staff where very friendly and the facilities are great, we loved the pool and spa. The rooms where furnished well and the bed was so comfy! The only downside was the room was very very light at nighttime

Really friendly and helpful staff. Quiet rooms which was relaxing and weren't bothered by noises from other guests ect which is usually a problem for me in other hotels because I'm a light sleeper. Is central without being too busy/noisy and felt safe being so close to the police headquarters. Have stayed many times and would recommend to anyone looking for a classy, spacious and affordable get away thats not too far away.

Hotel is located at an acceptable location and there is a bus stop right in front of the building. Room is huge and clean. Love our stay there. Will definitely come back again if travelling to Perth again

Comfortable stay”
Stayed for four nights. Convenient distance from the airport by bus; spacious room, strong ceiling shower. Very helpful staff. Quiet and chilled neighbourhood. Perfect for staying for more than one night. Overall wonderful stay, however the beds were too soft and the room was showing some early sign of ageing.

Stayed 2 nights in the deluxe studio for our 10th anniversary and staff ensured we we're put in a room with a beautiful view. Can not fault anything. Even when the hot water wasn't working they were onto fixing the issue straight away. Luxury feel hotel for a great rate per night.

We arrived late at night and this was not an issue for the staff, our breakfast was included in our room, was beautiful buffet breakfast, room was great for all we need for the night, showers excellent, if we had more time we would have made use of the swimming pool

Great overnight stay ”
Stayed overnight to take my daughter and mum to do the Christmas lights trail, I love Fraser suites for the value location cleanliness and comfort, ive only marked down a smidge this time on staff because when we checked in the girl was a bit rude, even my 11 year old daughter remarked on it. However another staff member finished checking us in and maybe she noticed as well as she volunteered us a drinks voucher and late check out. Overall loved it and we will be back, hopefully the rude staff member was just because it was very busy and she was stressed.
