"In overall our stay is excellent. We booked the deluxe room so we don't need to experience long queue like people who book the standard room. We had our breakfast on the top floor of tower 1 and the food is good. Some local delicacies are excellent, but too spicy to digest in the morning. Need to improve on the variety of the food. Compared to the other hotels in Genting Highland, I think the First world hotel is the best. "

"Pros I can say that the customer service provided by front office team is really sattisfied and they are friendly... The room provided for me is Deluxe room with balcony, which I love it... In the room everything is completed especially they provide Indian channel which really surprise me and my husband... 😍 as I know most hotels are not having Indian channel but in ion delemen is really shocking and they more to customer satisfaction... Simply I can say that Ion Delemen is a very good stay compare to other Hotels in Genting Highlands... They completed with gym, sauna and swimming pool as well Cons is, the road to ION DELEMEN HOTEL is really very dangerous in the night/day for the new comer. Maybe I suggest to have more street light and to have more spaces for cars to travel. Just expect more safe construction of road. If can improve on road issues maybe ion delemen can become the most favourite stay of everyone... I also planned my next vacation to stay in ion delemen soon... "

"This hotel is one of the hotel in Genting highland. Not up on the hill not down on the hill. Just right here. Just walkable. I like the room. Can sleep 4. The room is very beautiful. The toilet is clean. The design of the room is good. The lobby got a small playground for kids. I really like this hotel so much. My son and daughter really enjoying staying this hotel. Will come back again if the room rate is suitable for me."

"We had a very excellent experience in Genting Grand Hotel, this is the most expensive and most luxury in Genting Highlands, the hotel itself don't have much shopping or dining options, but don't worry, you can reach First World Plaza in 5 minutes by walk, and walk inside the building (connected building). The room is fully equipped, the amazing thing is the hotel provides you a Nespresso machine with 3 capsules every day. The breakfast is awesome with many choices. We will choose Genting Grand Hotel again in the next visit to Genting Highlands."

"The Check-In was smooth (Thanks to Patrick from frontdesk, who was patient enough to give all information). The Room was Clean and Spacious, and ofcourse had an Amazing view. Lots of restaurants (Chinese, Japanese, Indian/Arabic, and others) were just one floor above the Main lobby of the Hotel. Casino can also be accessed directly from the Hotel Lobby. In my opinion, of all the Hotels at the Highland, the Maxims was best placed (in terms of location) and also value for money. Would only stay at this property whenever I go to Genting. P:S The Hotel was Kind enough to arrange a floral decoration in the room for my wife’s Birthday. Special Thanks to the Team for their amazing gesture."
