"Property was very clean and tidy. The parking lot was very clean and thelandscape was maintained very well. There was multiple areas outside where seating was provided with ashtrays for smokers. The ash trays we're always cleaned out. The room was incredibly clean. I can honestly say that this room was probably one of if not the cleanest room I've ever stayed in. The free breakfast offered a variety of choices. The staff were very friendly and welcoming."

"Nice facility clean well maintained very friendly and helpful staff. Only issue was first room was on third floor and ac unit on roof was load and could hear it in room. Was moved to first floor and was good after that. "

"My family had a very good stay. The room is fine, everything was in good shape, and breakfast was very good. We stayed at 9 different motels on a long drive around the west, and my wife said 'Best Western' was her favorite."

"The grounds were already nasty and the place didn't seem to be well kept even after being open for just 2 wks. I had ants all over my room floor and when moved to other rms they were dirty and half cleaned. There were also large roaches in my room. I had to make several complaints to the management at the front desk and NEVER was I offered a monetary compensation. The hall floors were always dirty and unvacuumed, very thin walls so thin to where I barely slept at night from people above me. Housekeeping was terrible. I pulled back my sheets only to find all sorts of hair, food crumbs and a dead bug. And still no accommodations were given to me to compensate my horrible experience at this hotel. If you don't get an accessible room plan to stay in a very SMALL room. The breakfast is NOT a real breakfast if you call a piece of fruit muffin and oatmeal packs. This was my worst hotel experience EVER. I really hope they get a handle on these issues soon. The place is already looking rundown."

"First time in Phoenix area. The hotel had everything we needed including free fabulous breakfast, excellence washer/dryer, friendly service and complementary fresh baked cookies and coffee bar. Great location close to golfing too. "
