Lovely apartment”
Location is quite far however the size of the room is huge. Balcony is really old and looks neglected. Our room do not have Mount Fuji view however size of bathtub compensated for it as we had fun with our little baby splashing in it. Breakfast was awesome as the cafe comes with a view of Mount Fuji and food was quite delectable.

Excellent hotel”
The hotel is a little bit out of town, but it provides a shuttle service into the railway station and it takes only 15 min. The hotel itself is huge area but we stayed in the main block in a fantastic junir suite, as we were upgraded as I requested a non smoking room. The room itself was spacious and very comfortable and clean. The restaurant provided a buffect breakast and diiner which were both delicious hot and plentiful. My wife loves seafood and each night ( we stayed 2 nights ) they toped up with fresh seafood and a lot of variety of other main courses both western and Japanese. The staff in the restaurant we very polite and helpful and nothing was to much trouble. The reception staff we excellent and each time we asked for information we were given accurate proffesional data and also maps which helped us find our next hotel in Hakone. We would highly reccomend this hotel if you want to stay in this area and dont be put off by its location, there is not much to do at night in the town so best to stay out all day and get the suttle bus back to the hotel. The hotel does has lots of faclities including a golf course but I did not take advantage of it, but it looked good.

Great place”
The location was fantastic. The room was astonishingly clean. My first time staying here and my family was delighted to stay. Only down side about this is the front desk attendant was rude. Checked in after 10pm. I had no clue that he front desk will be unmanned after that time. But its a HOTEL. and hotels require front desk clerks. Its your job to check people in regardless of what time they arrive. Attitude shows how good or bad your staff is. My suggestion to the management is to let go of the ones who are mad when people come in to check in at late hours of the evening and keep those who are actually good at their job. other than that. Great place to have a vacation.

Had lovely accommodation in the villas. Great views on the Fuji mountain during breakfast. Nice dinner buffet food selection. The only thing was that it was not clear on the website that the swimming pool is only open during summer season.

It is our pleasure that we have been upgraded to suite. The suite is located far behind the main building. The other rooms are vacant so that we can have the whole building with only our family. Can't see the view of mt Fuji and only for those who drive

No longer 4 Star quality ”
You can tell this property used to be a four star resort. For what we paid I was a little surprised at the little touches neglected. The entire inside needs to be repainted. The hallways had luggage cart marks all along the wall. In our room the walls just looked in bad shape, the bathroom grout looked extremely old and neglected. The master bathroom had bugs around the sink. Just these small details made it feel like a 3 star resort. Aside from these items, it’s wonderful. Lots of activities to do. The restaurant had delicious food! All the staff was pleasant and helpful

enjoy my stay here while i visit Mt Fuji. although its far from the train station and bus station but there is free shuttle bus service which have to be reserved. staff is very friendly which they will show you the place of interest and there is a staff that can speak English well.

Wonderful location, room, and staff! ”
We were dismayed to read a sign that read check in was between 3pm and 11pm. We had a lot of traffic due to closed routes from Hiroshima. We arrived a little after 11:00 and someone was called to check us in after hours. We were thankful for the understanding! We did not read about the check in hours before 11:00. The family room was great! It was a little old, but clean and spacious. We will return to this great hotel based on this experience.

Hotel needs refurbishing for it's price. Fuji view can only be seen at the dining area. Rooms were spacious, but the toilet was a little disappointing as it didn't have a bidet. Would rather spend the money on some other hotel.

We have 2 people but stay in room for 4 people”
We found that data from Agoda and Hotel do not match each other. Agoda said the room is capacity for 2 people. But from hotel, room is available for 4 people. So we have spent extra money for no reason. Please response for this issue for our retention with Agoda.

Hotel located quite far from Kawaguchi station but it certainly has great facilities like 9-Par3 holes and playing facilities for children. Restaurant food can be improved but Great staff and hospitality. Overall its a hotel I Highly recommended!

Insufficient Facilities”
We are Moslem travelers. Having a decent meal is a problem. With no food heating facility in the room, we had to settle with cold dishes most of the time here. It would be great if more facilities can be provided, such as oven, English channels, hotel entertainment; etc. Other than that, the stay was comfortable.

Reasonable rate for a room of a size of 4 that I stayed. However, the hotel is located a distance from the public transport, hence it is inconvenient to move in and out of the hotel, even though there is a scheduled free bus Serivce provided by the hotel to ferry the guests in and out. The staff are pretty polite but unfriendly. Perhaps is the language barrier that hinder from a good conversation. The surrounding is nice. Can see part of Mount Fuji from the restaurant. Overall, a good place to relax.

The hotel is very old and dated but located on very lovely grounds. The quad room was surprisingly large with 2 separate bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It also had a very nice separate sitting/viewing area of the grounds. The staff is very friendly. The room definitely needs an upgrade and there is no air conditioning. It also smelled of smoke. Use of any other facilities such as the pool requires extra fees. There is a free shuttle bus to the train station but requires a reservation. It also doesn't run often enough. If catching an early train or staying in town later in the evening, you have to take a taxi.

Rather old resort”
Abit far from Kawaguchiko Station and nothing to entertain around the resort (some tennis courts but quite old and not well maintained). Buffets are acceptable. The most impressive is the old shuttle bus driver, very careful and gentle.
