Hotel with Famous Fuji View”
Unlike the other onsen hotel I stayed in Kusatsu, Fuji View should have been there for quite a long time too but it’s very well maintained. The room was very modern, beds was comfy, and it comes with an air humidifier in the room! I didn’t know there’s an onsen in B1, the onsen is very well maintained and clean with an outdoor pool. When I checked in, the hotel staff took good care of me - she checked if I have dinner plan, transportation going back to Tokyo and then helped me to book for dinner in the hotel, shuttle to Kawaguchiko station, even recommended me to check out the fireworks and arranged shuttle for me. All the staff in the hotel were very attentive. The Fuji view was fantastic, remember to go up to the panorama floor to check it out too! I had a relaxing stay.

The best location for an awesome view of Mt Fuji”
The day we landed at Kawaguchiko, it had snowed the previous day and we were not very sure which mountain was Mt Fuji amidst all those clouds. The hotel has a viewing station at the 6th floor and we woke up early at 5 am hoping to catch a glimpse of Mt Fuji during sunrise. We were at the lift lobby and lo and behold ! Mt Fuji in all its majesty could be seen from the lobby window. The hotel has a beautiful walk in its backyard which takes you to a lake. It was a beautiful walk in the morning alongside it taking in the beauty of the mountain. You can see it from everywhere at the hotel - even while having your breakfast. Other than that, the staff is very friendly, the amenities are very good. The room has a balcony with chairs to sit and take in the beauty around . There are beautiful cherry blossoms too. Dinner is priced high ( but delicious), you may consider bringing in packed food / bentos. A bus from the Kawaguchiko station every hour drops you at the hotel.

Perfect location with washer-dryer in room”
Love the location of this hotel as it is just next to JR Gotanda Station (Yamanote Line) and the Metro Gotanda Station. You could reach Shibuya in 7 minutes and Shinjuku in 15 minutes from the hotel! We reach the hotel from Narita Airport by Keisei Skyliner and change to JR Yamanote line at Nippori Station in around 1 hour. The major selling point of Tokyu Stay hotel chain is that there is a washer & dryer FREELY available in your room! You don't need to bring a lot of clothes and save up the spaces in your luggage for shopping in Tokyo! I just bring 2-day clothes for my 7-day trip in Tokyo! The washer & dryer works efficiently and quietly. Also, there is a small kitchen with pot provided in the room. So that you could buy fresh food from supermarket nearby (REMY Department Store) to make it in your room. I have bought A5 Kobe Wagyu Steak from Shinjuku to cook in the room. Very nice! Will definitely stay at this hotel again when I return to Tokyo.

Beautiful Hotel”
I absolutely would recommend the Fuji View Hotel. I was fortunate enough to visit during full bloom sakura. The grounds were beautiful then, but I am am sure it would be nice throughout the year. It is worth the extra money to have a room with a view of Mt. Fuji but if you have a room with a lake view, you will still enjoy your visit. The hotel has two panorama lounges which afford great views of Mt. Fuji. Looking at a map, the hotel may seem a bit far from the train station, but don't let that concern you. The hotel has a shuttle van operating to and from the station every hour. The ride takes only ten minutes. Also, the local tourist bus passes right by the hotel. Finally, I recommend including breakfast with your stay. I ate both the Japanese and Western meals and they were delicious.

Lovely hotel and top notch service ”
Lovely hotel with amazing views of Fuji and greenery. Quiet and peaceful. It is a little dated but the rooms and facilities such as the onsen was very well maintained. They provide shuttle service which is very thoughtful of them for us to get to and fro from the train station instead of walking quite a distance. Best thing of all was that I accidentally left a bag of spare change in my room after checking out and they kept it for me even though I only realised it hours later and returned for it. Thumbs up for the impeccable service and honest staff. Will definitely return if I get the chance.

Beautiful Hotel”
We had a wonderful time in Kawaguchiko. The staff in the Hotel are exceptional. The surroundings are beautiful with a lake at the back and the view of mount fuji in the front. The rooms are spacious and very nicely decorated. The Japanese style room we reserved had an amazing view of Mount Fuji. There is also free shuttles to the Kawaghuchico station quite frequently during the day. The lake tour buses also stop at the hotel on the way back.

The garden and Fiji view spectacular! The staff so polite and friendly! Their cleanliness and hygiene are up to par. The hot springs are also very nice and clean. They think of explaining all the little things that a traveler may need to know about staying there.

Our family of 4 spent 2 nights at a junior suite with great view of Mount Fuji. Buffet breakfast and Japanese/French dinner were also included in the price of around $570/night. Good location, huge room, friendly staff, great food and well maintained facilities. Overall a very pleasant stay.

Convenient location especially for self drive guest. Enough parking space. Friendly & helpful staffs. Room is not big but traditional. Onsen is good. Make sure to reserve the meal earlier if you plan to eat in the hotel. Worth to try Kaiseki-ryori (JPN 8800 per head) in Bellevue.

Amazing view”
This hotel has one of the best views of Mt Fuji! We arrived on a miserable day with no view of anything. Our hotel room was a traditional tatami mat room which was looking a little tired, but still comfortable. When we woke up on our secondary it was sunny and there was definitely a view of Mt fuji- amazing! Buffet breakfast good and the hotel also had a shuttle bus to pick up and drop off holiday goers to the nearest train station. I would recommend this place to anyone who wants to stay the night near Mt Fuji.

Mount Fuji View & Sakura (Cherry Blossom) ”
I had an amazing and direct close distance Mount Fuji view from my balcony (only USD 280 per night). They have so many different type of Sakura trees within the hotel area, which giving you a private space to take as much photos as you like and enjoy the scene without any interruption from any tourists. The hotel itself is a golf club and the service was really good. Unfortunately, I missed the breakfast as they only open until 9:30am. I should have asked upon checked-in as I thought breakfast usually ends at 10:30am or 11am in most hotels. They do provide shuttle bus service to Kawaguchiko Station but the latest bus is 6:30pm. You gotta take a taxi back to the hotel if you prefer to have dinner at restaurants nearby Kawaguchiko Station.
