Terrific location! Very friendly staff thiough little difficult in English communication. ”

Room is small but standard in Japan. Breakfast is great! Free Spa is wonderful! Will keep Manten hotel in my file for next travel.

Outstanding Breakfast”

Really loved their Japanese style smorgasbord breakfast. Great quality and you can taste some of local food. The public bath on the second floor is clean and nice.

super location ”

This hotel is right next to the station and the malls. Amenities like renting a car and restaurants were easy to access. The outdoor and indoor onsens were good!

詰めが甘い”

正直言って2度目はないかな？と思いましたが。 障害があるためにカウンターが私には高く目線がカウンター高さでした。だから宿泊者名簿書くのに他の宿泊施設では「大丈夫ですか？」とか低い場所やボードを渡してくれるけど、何もなく用紙を叩きつけられた感じがしました。強く叩きつけた訳ではないのですが、すごく冷たい印象でした。 朝食会場でも前の人にはご飯の場所がどこにあるとか説明していたっぽいのに、私には定食のおかずを渡して終了。何も説明なかったです。 清潔感も掃除はされてますが、詰めが甘い感じがしました。 しかもシーツに穴が空いてて、そこに詰めの甘さ出てると思いました。 正直リピートなしです。 駅近なのは便利ですが、ほんとうにそれだけかな。 お風呂も夜だと結構汚れが浮いてて長湯はしたくない感じでした。朝はまぁ綺麗でした。

温泉はよかったけれど”

最近、温泉や大浴場が付いているホテルが増えましたね。マンテンホテルも温泉自体は良いですが、置いてある設備についてはもう少しグレードが良くてもいいのになぁと感じました。 また、部屋の洗面の水栓が2水栓で、いちいち2つを開けて温度設定をするのは、今時ではないなと感じました。

駅近清潔リーズナブル”

2022年9月初旬の日曜日に利用。駅から近く悪天候も苦にならない程利便性が高い。部屋、水回り共に清潔に保たれており、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来た。感染症対策は過不足なく行われていた。大浴場がある所がこのホテルを選択した理由の一つ。ここも清潔で◎。夜食に夜鳴き蕎麦が無料で提供頂けたのは嬉しかった。スタッフの方には丁寧に対応いただき快適に過ごせた。ありがとうございました。
