Ski In Out”
Great ski in/out hotel with ski rentals and lift passes. The Kitanomine Gondola station is about 500m down the ski slope from the hotel. Several options for shuttle bus to Gondola station and the other New Prince Hotel Furano. Also had a bus stop for shuttle to town centre. Besides the hotel food, the rest of the food places are in Furano town centre, some distance away. There's a mini mart within the hotel. Room walls are thin, able to hear sounds of conversation in the next room and in the corridor. Also I didn't like the smell of cigarettes from other rooms. Hotel staff were very friendly and helpful, even looking out for our bus, taxi.

Everything excellent except the Internet access”
We could not speak highly enough of the staff in particular; they were exceptional. The buffet breakfast has an incredible array of different foods to choose from. The only thing missing from our perspective was some high fibre cereal (oatmeal/oat porridge or bran, muesli, etc.). The ski locker system is excellent. Dinner is expensive, but there are options nearby in the village.

No Wifi in the rooms.”
It's 2020, so no in room WiFi is an abomination. This would be easy to rectify so it's really surprising that it's not available. That aside, it's a great ski-in/ski-out location in Furano.

100% ski in, ski out”
Great food, staff, ski literally to and from door, good locker room. Hotel old and showing it in places. Staff very very friendly and helpful. Bathroom tiny in annex rooms but shower water pressure amazing. Qnnex rooms no lift, wifi in lobby only not rooms (even though wifi now in mountain cafe 1000m higher). But would certainly come here again.

Not what I expect”
Room are old and small but clean... most tourist attractions like Ningle Terrace is at the New Furano Prince Hotel

Very basic room”
The hotel is worn and old. The “run of the house” rooms are not what you’d expect from a big chain hotel. Stains and chips everywhere.

A big difference just without one word”
There is so big difference between the New Furano and this one, the facilities are old, small and not convenience to go unless you drive. The price not so big difference from these two. I prefer to stay at the new one than the old one.

The room is very old and small, can’t open open the window for fresh air.

Very nice hotel with very peaceful location, Large Parking lot ”
If you have a car, I recommended this hotel because I've ever stayed 3 different hotels in Furano. This hotel has a bigger room, bigger bed, bigger parking lot with cheaper price. The location is uphill in the forest that is very nice and peaceful. Having the good view of Tokachidake.

Escape to farm country (summertime)”
Furano is in the middle of Hokkaido's ski resorts, but in the summertime the fields are green, and the hiking is good. A visit to the nearby Farm Tomita is fun too; who would have thought a farm would be a major tourist attraction? Or that curry gravy on rice AND potatoes would be a satisfying lunch? But if you are drawn by fields of colorful flowers, or willing to try the exquisite lavender soft-serve ice-cream, Furano is worth a visit!

A bit far from everything”
The hotel is accessible if you are driving a car unless you dont mind taking public transport. The room is clean and spacious, bed was alright, bathroom was a bit small, and not much choices for Onsen. Overall, the stay was okay as we dont have much choices in Furano.

An obsolete hotel with outdated facilities. ”
I stayed there for 2 days. I stayed here may be 12 years ago, and the hotel and room are almost exactly the same... that is have not evolved or renovated at all. I am staying at the 2nd floor and have no elavator. There is no wifi in room or most places in the hotel (the only place that has wifi is the reception area). The toilet was so tiny that your knee can hit against the door when you are on sitting on the toilet bowl, and the bath tub is so small that you can't turn if you are tall or fat. When we arrived in the room, the toilet was quite smelly and we need to open up the window for a while. The mattress was so soft that it looks like it has been used for at least 20+ years. I heard that this old Furano Prince hotel has been renovated so I thought I can try, but still it disappointed me and my family.

Very Old Hotel”
Do not confused with New Prince Hotel and Prince Hotel even if they just 3 minutes away.

Staff helpful,room clean,but old hotel”
Staff was really helpful and good service! Room was big but toilet was kinda small. Building I stay has no lift, we need to climb 2 floors up everyday which was quite tiring after a long day. Recommend if you don't mind paying lesser to stay in a old hotel, the long walkway was abit creepy at night.

Food is very good ”
This hotel is very generous in serving good breakfast and dinner. Enjoyed plenty of fresh seafood, vegetable and fruits which are produced of Hokkaido.
