Nice, clean and new”
This is my 2nd times staying here, G3 House is the newest homestay that i ever stayed at jb (around KSL), all the furnitures still very new n clean, strongly recomended for those who is fussy about cleanliness. Staffs not good in english and chinese but that's okey for me because i can speak malay/bahasa indonesia. Nothing to complain except for me i not prefer the upper floor room as there is no drinking water machine, becauae i have knee pain problem going up and down staircases, and G3 always managed to arranges for me the first floor room, thx !

Value for money but noisy”
I had two nights at G3 House and I barely sleep. It is so noisy. First night, guests checking in at midnight and their conversation is clearly heard. Someone smoke outside the smell will go into the room too. Second night, someone is playing video and listening to music outside. Room door is not sound proof. I was not staying at the room beside reception. Cant imagine how if I stay at the room beside reception. If you are not sound sensitive at sleep, it is okay as the location is really convenient, value for money too. Staff is friendly.

Walking distance to happening shopping mall, shops & hawker stall. Clean, New n Comfortable room. Only a few car park lots outside the hotel (Terrace house) but u still can park near by with walking distance. Of course, if u r very particular about the soundproof then u might need to consider with 4 5-Star hotel with higher rate.

Very near ksl city”
The stay is very economical and value for money. With such low fee, I do not have much expectation. However, the homestay is very clean(can walk barefoot), strong shower, strong wifi, near to a lot of eatery and the staff is helpful. One cons maybe the room is kinda of small, so if u have large luggage, u will have less space to walk. I only have a backpack so it not a problem to me. There is towel, shower gel and shampoo provided. Another con is it is not soundproof, I wake up by the sound of rain pouring on the rooftop as I stay at level 2. But at the price like this, this is not a problem

Pros - it is walking distance to ksl city mall and it have variety of food to eat around. The hotel is small and sweet. Reception person is nice too. Cons - can hear the next door people talking if loud or noisy. Overall it is good experience 👍

Price is cheap n no worries with food around the area.. No toothbrush given and tv reception is bad.. Wifi very good thou.. Not too soundproofed, may not suit light sleepers

1. the rooms are not sound proof, you can hear footsteps, children crying, or laughter if there's anyone outside the hallway. 2.Trustworthy management. I called them for room service and noticed that I forgot to take my wallet today(i thought I dropped it), when I came back, it remains in the same place and luckily no lost.

Don't book double bed for 3 pax”
It caught us in surprise when we see how small the beds are. Combining them cannot squeeze 3 adult males and fortunately, we can upgrade to a vacant 4-bed room at a reasonable costs. Location is great and staff are friendly. Strongly recommended for family with children and couples.

Not recommended if you're sensitive to cigarette smoke”
Pro: location is fantastic, extremely near to KSL and the eateries in the area. Place is clean, towels, shampoo and soap are provided. Bed was quite comfy. Cons: Their ventiliation is connected between all rooms i think, because there was strong cigarette smell coming from the bathroom and it disturbed quite a lot of sleep. Noted on the soundproofing which can also be quite bad. They also have a policy of locking the gate at 12, which is a hassle if you intend to come back after.
