Enjoyable Stay”
Booked a family suite for the NDP long weekend. The room is clean and have good space for a family of 6. Living room has balcony. Parking is free. Check in and out is quite fast. Minimal queue. Breakfast has a good spread and replenishment is timely. Within hotel, there are a few restaurants which my family visited. Pricing for these restaurants while are slightly pricey but is comparable to those at Genting Skyway Ave. With the added convenience and reasonable tasty food, I will no doubt choose the hotel restaurant over traveling up. Surprisingly, hotel has heated pool which I did not use - looks good though. Hotel has shuttle bus to go Genting on a daily basis. Need to book in advance. There was once we failed to secure the morning bus and had to drive up and park at Genting. Drive was short but had to incur RM18 parking fee. Area of improvement - hotel may want to rotate breakfast menu - for 3 straight days, eating same food can be boring.

Loved the room and how well it ventilates. It was very spacious. Had a really good night sleep and i regretted not staying more than a night! Staffs were fabulous! Impeccable attitude! I have never used any soaps provided by hotels. But the one they used was great! From France and i bought 2 bottles. The only downside was there was a huge chunk of dust behind the pillows on the headboard which i wiped off with a wet cloth. Wasn't a very big deal but it would have been nice to sleep on a clean bed. The location was a 15min drive away from skyavenue and the shuttle requires booking. So for those who don't drive it would be troublesome. I enjoyed the drive though, carpark space was plentiful as well.

Exceptional”
Stayed a night here from 16th to 17th June. Do not get confused between grand ion delemen hotel and gloria residences ion delemen. There is a connector bridge that you have to cross which seperates the 2 different towers. Check in was quick and easy and there was a 10RM tourism tax which you have to pay. Room and bathroom were spacious and clean. Bed and pillows were comfortable. Loved the rainfall shower head. The residence provides shuttle bus service which brings you to first world hotel (Genting Highlands), which is around 10 minutes away at the mark of every hour. There was also a 24 hour mini-mart at the lobby in case you need to grab some bites late at night! Very enjoyable and pleasant stay. Would recommend and definitely hope to be back again someday soon!

Everything was perfect, especially the duty manager”
Everything could not be more perfect. But what really stood out was Keith L, the on duty manager. We had an issue where Keith went way beyond the call of duty to resolve. We reserved our room through Agoda where it stated there was a washer in the unit. This was critical for us as my family of four was traveling through Malaysia for over two weeks by car. We specifically reserved Gloria Residence because Agoda said there is a washer. Keith heard our concerns. He offered to do our laundry for us - himself!!! That was an amazingly kind gesture and he stayed up until 4:30 am (he gets off duty at 10pm) to make sure our two bags of laundry was washed, dried and folded - professionally. He used his personal sleeping time to wash dirty laundry at an offsite 24 hour laundry shop to make sure his guests are happy. His actions definitely left a lasting impression with us. Many many thanks!!!!!! It was believable the extend he went to help out his guests.

Comfortable and worthwhile accommodation. ”
Comfortable and worthwhile accommodation. The location is different from the theme park but not too far away. When you reach the lobby on the right for a very quick check in. Very comfortable suite-style room on the 21st floor, beautiful views where you sit in the clouds and fully furnished room. Breakfast is not disappointing but children 3 years and above are charged. Will come back again if I can still get a cheap price because I miss life on this cloud.

Stunning Views”
This hotel was brand new when we stayed and we got an incredible deal on it through Agoda. Our balcony view looked over the area, and we were surrounded by mist in the mornings and the night. The breakfast was lovely, the staff were helpful, and the grounds of the hotel were a sight-seeing adventure ion their own. Our room was very well-equipped and roomy. The place is family-friendly, and they have frequent transportation to the major mall in Genting Highlands. My only complaint actually had something to do with the newness of the place. There was a smell throughout the interior of the hotel like fresh paint and dust. Again, I know its because they had only recently opened, but it was a tad bit unpleasant at times. Even with that, were we to travel there again, we would definitely consider staying there again if Agoda had a great deal on the room.

if anybody wants to book this, i will definitely not stop them! the staffs there were very friendly, the price for 4 days 3 nights (do not amend it!) was affordable for deluxe studio and also i am very impressed with my special request! they have done it tiptop i did not expected it! there were a lot of rooms and i get to check in before the time stated. if you are a tourist, there will be a tourist tax. and also the location is near! there is also a shuttle bus from the residence to go first world hotel! the bus driver was very friendly to me and my partner, he recognise us from day 1 till the last day! no more doubts to book this again if i were to travel to Genting Highlands! thank you for the great hospitality, Gloria Residences!

Almost fulfill for all our request -Spacious room for family with elders & young children. -Superb view from balcony -Cold weather. Expected to bring sweater/jacket when come here. -Clean room, beds and towel. -Easy to get Halal food (unexpected to have tomyam restaurant outside of this building with walking distance) -Got Mynews convenience shop -Interesting facilities Cons: -No microwave (even we are in 2bed suite room) -No plates/bowls in room. -Only 1 bathroom in 2 bedroom house *Actually nothing to complain with this accommodation.

Good Vibes Go-To”
Stayed here for Good Vibes Festival 2019. It was a pleasant stay for four people. We stayed in a two-bedroom suite. It has a bar with mini-fridge, sink and even a closet for shoes! The place was clean and had standards of a hotel. The only downside was we had to share a bathroom and the parking was abit far. But overall it was a great stay!

Family fun weekend getaway ”
The palace located a little bit above Genting resort. Not an issue if you have your own transport, parking is free. Grab service is available if you don't have one. The apartment was spacious. Well kept and clean. The view from the apartment was spectacular, if there is no fog/cloud in your way. Overall, we love staying there, will definitely stay there again in future.

Fast and Efficient Hospitality”
Staff are good, attend very fast, rooms arr big, clean and full of facilities. Environment are chill and many place we can take good picture. Scenery was good. Breakfast was awesome, so many variety food served. From Local cuisine and international food as well. Swimming pool also kids friendly. Overall it is recommended to family tourist.

Having a pleasure stay during Chinese New Year celebration. Near to Genting easy to locate. Quiet and comfort night as it's away from main genting but very near to go genting. Staffs and rooms all good and nice. Maybe it's still new. But I'm satisfied with my stay. Keep it up

Amazing Hotel with Superbb View”
Pros 1. Well maintained room 2. Good and friendly staff 3. You can enjoy the Genting awesome weather from the balcony provided you have Warm clothes 4. They have a mini mart in the campus 5. The bus staffs were very accommodative .so in case you have missed to book it they will try to accommodate in the best of their capacity Cons 1. I would not say its a cons but its a bit far from Genting Resorts world so you need to plan your entire outing carefully.

Good Value for money but with some cons on location”
I absolutely enjoyed my stay at Gloria Residence. Pros: 1) Value for money - Comparatively cheaper with bigger rooms and much more facilities than Genting Hotels. 2) Cleanliness - Room was very clean. 3) Staff - Most of the staff was very friendly and polite especially the shuttle drive, Mr Kamal. 4) Food - Breakfast was provided and I liked it. Choices wasn't plentiful but sufficient. Cons: In my opinion, there's only 1 cons to it. The location is 15 minutes by car to Genting First World. Shuttle bus is provided on an hourly basis and you have to booked a few hours ahead to avoid disappointment. Shuttle service might not be enough during peak season. Shuttle service is punctual so be on time at the designated waiting place. Guides on shuttle service: First World ----> Gloria residences/Ion Delemen Waiting place is exactly in front of First World Main Entrance Starbucks (Middle Lane). Look out for either mini buses or van with the Ion Delemen logo on it.

Overall all ok except if you park your car at level 7 which is you have to go round and round more that ten times then only you reach level 7 😂.then you have to go to the connecting bridge then take lift down to ground floor for check in . Like a maze 😂😂. The best when you reach ion delemen hotel on your right my news com infront of you . Then you make left turn up the hill you can reach the lobby of the gloria residence hotel. Maybe next time the hotel should put the signage gloria residence lobby or check in turn left much easier .

The place was very new and clean. Staffs were very nice and polite. Although its a serviced residents it felt more like a Hotel. The view was spectacular. Overall we enjoyed our stay very much and would definitely return to this place. I definitely recommend this place !
