Wonderful place!!!”

This was a truly amazing stay .. room although small but squeeky clean and well maintained, hotel and room interiors were great ... icing on cake is their restaurant... amazing delicious food in dinner... beautiful place to sit and dine, the staff of hotel is well trained and well mannered.... smiles are everywhere. I loved it .

OK OK Hotel not worth of money you spend”

There is no amenities like it should be in a 4 star hotel. when i asked some staff which star it is they told 5 star property.Swimming pool was so small that it stats and ends and you don't know abt it. Resturant is good and near by local visit for breakfast or dinner with there family. food was very nice .we were upgraded to deluxe room and deluxe room size was so small ...so just wonder what will be of superior room. all together it was good hotel with nice food and staff but was not worth spending.

Agoda booked me for 3 Adults and hotel charged me extra bed”

Hotel location is good, service takes long, staff not trained for 4 star, Overall cannot be considered a 4 star category in mumbai for sure. Spa not working. Breakfast is average. Executive room in photos to actual room is different. Agoda displayed booking for 3 adults and charged me accordingly . However hotel charged me for additional bedding.

brand new hotel, located along the highway. Very helpful staff. Would recommend strongly for a halt along the way.

Business traveller to Vasai”

Their staff in evening is not well trained , they offer you third class room which no one would prefer. Finally it had drainage issue in their bathroom and so next morning their staff changed it conveniently. Food is not very good but on high way hotel you can't expect much , i rate it average ok property.

there are no windows in rooms or fresh air and better view no option for Smoking

Nice place on the highway to spend your night for a reasonable price Gym is quite pathetic if you thinking of sweating out You will have a wonderful sleep with comfy bedding

Rooms are very small. Not standard. Wasted too much space for lobby. Overly priced food and rooms.

Does not live upto the expectation”

Only the reception and room service is good, their restaurant staff is very rude and not well updated. We ordered lunch in our room from the menu provided inside room, however we were charged for the restaurant menu which was way more expensive. When asked for the reason, their staff made some or the other illogical reson that they had changed the menu due to COVID and forgot to keep the updated menu in the room. We asked him to get us green chutney, however he never returned and did not care to inform us if it was not available, he just walked out of the door. So we decided to go in their restaurant for dinner, where we see that they have 3 different menus and rate is different in all of them, they are only looking to charge you as much as they can. More than half of the things are not available from menu. Restaurant did not inform us that we could get free water from room service and charged us rs. 75 per bottle. Literally looting however they can. Staff is rude and not helpful, they disconnected the call on our face without listening any further when we changed our food order a little bit.

Please ask the staff if outside food is allowed or else they will yell at u anything. I have been to the property outside food was allowed when I stayed earlier, this time it wasn't and we had no idea about it. Staff was really rude Spl. Thanks to Mr. Muttu for giving us some hard time.
