This is our first trip after 2,5yr stay at hometown during pandemic. We're 5 persons, my husband and I, our kids (one 12y.o teenies & one 10y.o boy) and my 87y.o father. Best choice to pick for first holidays experience after long pandemic. Very helpful and polite staff. They've tried their best to meet our needs, such as connecting rooms and the georgeous mountain view from our rooms.. we've experienced beautiful sunrise in early morning! The best ambience you'll get when you plan a staycation with interresting facilities! The good food for breakfast with very nice staff! (thank you, Mas Rangga!) they even had various traditional herbal drinks to maintain your health! In every rooms and corners, there are air purifier equiptments that made us feel more comfortably safe! We've also tried the delicious chinese food in Skydome! Beautiful views and tasty foods? You can't ask for more!

Again.......this is my second time to come there with my family but the more spesial i bring my best friends family to join with use to celebrate valentine days . Im in room 7208 and my friend in room 7202 its near place so easy to talk. And really i surprise when i open the door in my room my eyes cant stop to see how beautiful red flower inside my room even in my bed they put and also some word to my wife , my wife really2 apreciate and happy about that situation even my daughter directly playing and start to destroyed the decoration hahaha... im laughfing and also happy because that situation same what happen with my best friend he told me when his wife say how beatiful place nice room its all because of Mr.Ali as a FOM to set up both room. and once again thank you very much to service our room , give use a nice cake for suprise , great food and all the staff really friendly to ask. even Mr. Lucky also help use to give the great signal when we start to stay. Pros : - nice place with a new and modern styles in building and furnitures - have a large swimming pool with a big water slide (so fun!) - great location, very close to Jatim Park 2 - they provide a free shuttle car to all of Jatim Park Group (Jatim Park 1, 2, 3, BNS, etc) - friendly and helpful staffs - the breakfast are great! they offer a various kind of food - every weekend (start from Friday), they provide a buffet dinner for 120-150k/pax with a live band, and that’s a good deal - every corner of this hotel is instagramable! LOL Cons : - when we stayed there, some parts of the hotel are under renovation, sadly we couldn’t enjoy the unique landmark of that hotel (the hill on the rooftop with a synthetic grass) - because it located close to Jatim Park 2, we always hear Jatim Park 2 jingle song from our room (our room located in building 2)

Good food and the breakfast is delicious plenty of choices. Nice lounge but need more comfortable soft seat to listen the music at night. It was excellent music on Friday night. Unfortunately there is no music on Saturday night. But everything was good. The staff are very friendly and very helpful. Would like to come back again and stay at this hotel.

I stayed 3 nights with family of 2 young kids. Had a memorable experience starting from the check in till checkout. Rooms are 100% clean following Covid protocols.. best part for me being vegetarian.. chefs are so friendly and accommodative.. they understood we are vegetarians and proactively offered special veg breakfast every day.. kids love the pool side play area. Absolutely worth the time and money. Must stay place if you are planning to be in Batu

Beautiful scenery, especially the room pointing towards the sunrise. Astonishing view from the recreational area as well. Personnel was helpfull and polite. Rooms are spacious and clean. Its close to some recreational area in Batu. Breakfast was good and many variety. However the check in was take almost 30 minutes and no welcome drink, otherwise 5 stars.

Fantastic experience in Batu Malang”
The hotel has everything for young children to enjoy? Huge swimming pool with a heated pool area, playground and play room with games console. The room and facility is top notch, and its located very close to jatim park 2 and museum angkut. Transport wise, you need to order taxi or Grab to reach places, and theres no walking distance food or eateries nearby. We stayed there for new year holiday and we are given gala dinner entrance included. The food for breakfast buffet and dinner buffet is superb so even though this hotel is a bit pricey it is worth every penny.

Nice place, everything is new & clean. Great breakfast selections and they all tasted great - the girl on the egg station made my over hard egg perfectly. The only downside is the wall/door area of our bedroom does not muffled outside noise really well. So if other guests are noisy in the hallway, you will definitely be able to hear it

Good services, clean, facilities, pool with warm water n playground for kids. Breakfast so good n so many various. Room is spacious and toilet is big enough with bathub and shower separated. The room asli have a balcony with mountain view. I am very satisfied and Will be back to this hotel soon.

We have a really great time spending few nights here, the service, facilities, cleanliness, staff, we feeling very excellent, just missing one thing in my opinion, which is the taste of the food. We arrived at the hotel with super thick fog; making the journey scary and exciting. My 4yo boy was so excited as its his 1st time seeing fog. Hubby loves the design of the hotel as it looks like staircase to heaven. super love the hotel, very new, clean and fantastic hotel staffs.

I was stay in the property to celebrate my mom's birthday together with the family. Thank u for the staff whom helped me to congratulate my mom, they were sooooo nice and warm! The nice front line staff whom help me to accomodate wheelchairs for my dad during our stay, thank u!! The room well cleaned, forget to put slippers in my room but fine coz they send it once i asked it. The food!!!! We just enjoy and love it with those various menu. Thanks, chefs!!! You all rock!!! Nice hotel with Skydome”
Nice hotel with a restaurant in the middle and live music, make the hotel atmosphere come alive. This hotel also has Skydome Executive Lounge and Bar with good ambiance and nice food. And we need to book one day before. We also got a VIP room for breakfast in Branche Restaurant. The hotel is not far away from Jatim Park 2 and the city center by using the car. Absolutely perfect!
