The staff here are very very nice as if they were my family! I think that's why so many people would like to stay long-term here. plus, there are free activities at the festivals and free breakfast and free rice every day.

Most dirty and broken accommodation ever.”
They never clean up the shower and never clean their bed, bedsheet, and pillow. Trash dumps were made in the shower for all 3 days I stay there. The beds, pillows, bedsheets were stained yellow. I will never ever go there again. Would pay more for better hostel.

Truly value for money so if you’re a fussy traveller about fancy comfort- this is definitely not the place BUT if you’re on a budget and enjoy going back to a friendly ‘home, and sharing a dinner table with an international crowd ... then this is the place.

Nice and quiet, great balcony at the back, decent free internet. Could do with some deep cleaning but definitely good value for money. Dorm rooms was nice with door that locked, cosy bedding

The price is right but the place is run down. Top bunks are super high and noisy. Not all bathrooms worked and weren't very clean. No atmosphere or common area. Free breakfast. Stayed in mixed dorm

Terrible service attitude Extremely dirty the staff didn’t clean room well A lot horrible and rude people live here, a lot guys shout to me like get out of my way or f words and I don’t know them, a guy from sri lenka try to cheat other people’s money. The staff treat girls better than boys, feel disrespectful.

To be fair, I didn't actually stay here. Went because I'd booked and had to pay. Walked out straight away as there was fluorescent lighting everywhere and the beds had no privacy whatsoever, could tell I wouldn't get any sleep. Not worth the money either.

I wasn’t able to stay there after paying because they said the room was only for female, however they debited the booking payment even when I didn’t do any check in.

Couldn't even get onto them to organise checkin!”
I was charged by go now for 3 nights accommodation, but requested late check- the number to call kept ringing out and I was never able to get in contact with them. 👎
