Breakfast was very good.

In every hotel I've been I foud the kit for the bathroom (min. face soap and shampoo). in this case I didn't find shampoo (I travel a lot and brig shampoo in the plane sometimes is a problem. So it is good find shampoo in hotel)

We were running late but there was no problems with late check in.

Breakfast was average

Stylish building (catchy name!). The ground floor is occupied by one of the fanciest restaurants in the area - once you get past this, you get to the second floor via a nice staircase. The rooms are good-sized and equipped with effective air-conditioning and furnished with interesting 80s-style furniture. The bathroom was clean, too. The - served - breakfast was excellent. We have also dined in the restaurant: Dishes were mostly good-great (pear soup was a miss), and prices were on the steep side. Very limited gluten-free options. Free parking in front of the building.

There is no reception: restaurant waiters check you in and you can never arrive at a good time. 7 pm is certainly not the best but the waiter had clearly no time for us. Not a big issue, but got a twin instead of a double room. The rooms feel dated, seen better days. Overheard the waiter talking to the kitchen about portions: "...we are not a charity...". This explains the missing lightbulb, and the empty basket next to the sink. The bed is OK, but there was loud music until about 2 am. I quite liked the songs making it even more difficult to sleep - even with closed windows.

The dinner was very good because the waiter was very helpful, his English was OK.

Poor breakfast. This is not orange juice. This is lemonade. There was a problem with the communication during breakfast. I had a very bad feeling about leaving our expensive new car on a parking lot shared with some stores in the neighbourhood. No guard whatsoever.

Good location for transit, hotel is easy to find, rooms are clean and comfortable.

Ordering breakfast is a struggle: No self service at breakfast, no breakfast menu, waiter does not speak English.

Rooms on second floor so to get there u use stairs. I was travelling with my mother and she struggled a bit. But that was my fault that i didnt ask first. There is a price for a dog.

Good food, clean rooms, comfortable beds

I was travelling by bike and asked for a safe place to keep bike overnight. They responded via booking.com that they will keep it for free with no extra charge (I have a written proof). Not only I had to wait for 20 minutes in the cold (they said "in a minute") and ask the service two times until they finally locked the bike - in the morning they... charged me 8 euros for keeping it! This is cheating. If you want to charge for something, please do not write that it is free. I travelled a lot with bike and this is the first time ever I had to pay extra for it, with unpleasant waiting in the cold. FYI stealing a bike wheel takes 20 seconds without any tools and things like this generally should not be left unattended at the street.

Large 4 person room.

Emerging cockroaches in the room. Very loud room situated from street. It was not possible to sleep due to noise made by passing trucks. Distasteful breakfast: scrambled eggs made on oil instead of butter…

Nice clean spacious rooms with fridge and large bed. Family run business and very nice staff. The food in the restaurant was excellent, exceeded expectations. Also very good breakfast. The nesting storks on the chimney were a special added bonus!

Soap in bathroom was minuscule, the type sealed in plastic cellophane & impossible to open with wet hands!

Every time I must pass Körmend, I choose this hotel for its cleanliness and comfy rooms... and the waiter men, who are super helpful and kind every time :). Restaurant has good food.

This time I am a bit disappointed because my room was above the kitchen backdoor where the workers always come out to smoke and I just could not let fresh air into my room for the almost constant smoke.

Nice nad clean room. Fresh breakfast. Dog friendly.

First information which we got after our checkin on saturday at 8pm (one night stay) was that we could not order a dinner in restaurant (they had so much other work). There is no reception, we had to walk through restaurant tables with our luggages.
