Classy and clean ”

The grand Hyatt staff looked after us so well, the facilities were so fancy and we really loved our room. We had city views - the king deluxe deal. We also loved the buffet breakfast. Staff were friendly, professional and accommodating to our needs. Can’t wait to stay again!

Excellent location. Clean, quiet room with a very comfortable bed and a nice bathroom Lots of restaurants, bars and cafe a short walk away. Lune croissanterie is right across the road - almost a recommendation to stay at the Hyatt one it’s own ! Gets my wife’s seal of approval

My only complaint is that housekeeping cannot get the rooms cleaned up before 12 noon unless you expressly ask for this to be done. Now that I know, I will expressly request this when I check in the next time.

From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave everything was perfect! Check-in staff were super friendly and at the mention of it being my 50th birthday I was given a room upgrade (river view) and had cake delivered to my room. I highly recommend the Grand Hyatt.

Great location”

Excellent location with easy access to the melbourne cbd and surrounds. Staff were superb and can't fault the hospitality at all during our stay. Facilities are great and the hotel itself is beautiful. Only slight downside was the room we were in was showing signs of becoming a little tired. Marks on the walls, pieces of chipboard missing, shower leaking, chips out of the porcelain in the bath. Nothing major - just noticeable for the amount of $$ is paid. If I was to return I'd probably splurge on a suite. Bed was super comfy tho and the view amazing.
