Bad management”

Stupid management. They should tell us via whatsapp or email earlier after make booking about procedure to check in. I reach at late evening and need to go another place about 5km to collect key. But before that, need to transfer deposit RM200 😔.. The unit was nothing to complain. Nice view. Nice pool landscape. The unit was clean with complete furnish. You can wash ur cloth.. Just regret the management.

Bad Service”

I have experience bad service. Supposed to check in at 3pm but by the time we arrive at 4pm, the house still not ready for us. Somemore, there were party with alcohol from previous tenant. And we are muslim feel uncomfortable to stay there. We request to change to other unit, but the owner said its full. Supposed they must inform us earlier, because they have whatapps me by 1pm asking for deposit. And should inform me by that time. So we have to wait for so long, then only they provide us the other unit which is not in the same condo. They provide us the unit was in apartment unit which is in other building, with the same price. Its not acceptable. Supposed the price is more cheaper that Medini UHA. This is the first and last we booked with UHA. Thanks

Pleasant & comfort stay”

The apartment is so niceee. The pool is soooooo nice too & big. Really like the parking part as we do not assigned to any parking lot (can park any available parking lot).

Not twin beds as advertised ”

The beds were the bards beds in Malaysia and the soft bed was broken. There was no hand towel or extra towels. Also no bath Mat. The location is great for legoland n mall of medini. There is lots of parking available.

1) Master bedroom air conditional not function well. 2) The shower screen at master bathroom cannot close. 3) A lot of cockroaches at kitchen, dining area and master bathroom. 4) A spider in the bed at bedroom 2. 5) But the staff is responsible even my check in time at 10pm.

Nice pool”

Location a bit far from city centre. Got problem with access card to go through the main gate, need to get help from guard everytime. A bit hassle, but nothing major. Room is spacious and the complete amenities is a plus. The pool is the best part.

The facilities was good. As the purpose of this trip is Legoland, it 's take only 4min to reach there.So convenient.

The place is amazing , nice , and have a nice view. Very recommended ! But have a little problem about cleanliness at bathroom . Please wash first before your receive the next customer.

my kids totally love this place because the pool is huge. the view is stunning. the house is awesome. the most important is it has washer with dryer. thank you.

A disappointing day”

Same as my earlier revew as I booked for two units. One for my brother and his family. Overall stay was unpleasant and disappointing. I will never ever come here again.

I never had so much difficulty in checking in except for this one. The key is at a different location from the accomodation and it was not easy to get hold of the operator. The room was good but security so stringent that a guard kept overseeing us when we were at the pool. He left after being queried his purpose of staying watch over us. And funny that the pool operator has to keep hold of our room key while we enjoy the pool. Why that? Overall, the stay here left us with unpleasant memories.

easy check in/out, very helpful when we need help, unit is clean . the major problem is only the condo unit u stay. you only can go to the swimming pool for MAX 1 hour ONLY. EVEN the pool is empty. NO people. What can i say, the pool is for cantik-cantik only. Please advise management to change the funny pool rule. If NO people at pool, we can extend the hours to use the pool.

This hotel not provide WiFi connection, Swimming pool only open at 10am, no blanket for sofa bed and only 2 towel provided even says that roon can accomodate 3 adults

Enjoy the moment with family in cleanliness n nice view even my kids enjoy the pool but if can please review back the swimming pool time coz by 10am the place is hot. Overall 5stars for this place
