Excellent location with areas for improvement”
Hotel is located in the heart of the city within walking distance and access to major malls. Check-in and check-out seems to be very slow, should review the process to speed up. There was a stain on my towel, pls review cleanliness. The hair dryer was not functioning, need maintenance.

Stinky carpet and bathroom with stains on basin and shower stand and used toothbrush in the box ”
The room is smelly.. You can still see stain on the basin and bathroom.. The best is one of the toothbrush is used and without toothpaste left in the box.. Very disappointed... As usual...water temperature is not consistent..i stayed here for many times already...but I'm feeling the room condition is deteriorating each visit..in terms of cleanliness

The only thing I didn’t like was that the hotel didn’t hold our requested non smoking room, so we got the smoking room instead and the whole floor smelled like tobacco. Didn’t sleep well because I was having headache from inhaling the air. Requested to move the next day. Other than that, everything was fine. The best thing about this hotel was its location.

Pleasant stay, can do better ”
Hotel is conveniently located at the golden triangle and is definitely value for money. Breakfast buffet spread was decent and staff going around offering smoothies were a pleasant surprise. Room was decent and housekeeping is prompt. The only issue is with the staff. It's a premium hotel, it doesn't hurt to smile and greet your guests. Most don't expect to be treated like royalty but walking past your guests without lifting your head is bad manners. The only staff that were smiling and greeting were the doormen... Quite a pity.

We booked this because of it's location, when you step out of the hotel there are malls everywhere. Luxury shops, supermarkets and even cheap eats are around the corner. We are overly satisfied with our booking since the staff are helpful and accommodating. The room is spacious and clean.

friendly staff, good room service, good price, but it’s slightly old for everything in the room. Like the carpet feels a bit moist to walk on barefoot, and the glasses and mugs are not very clean, and the towels are all quite old.

I will say that im satisfied with this hotel except the room has unpleasant smell. Maybe it need some air circulation to remove the bad odor. Anything else i and family enjoyed so much. Location strategic, various tv channel, very comfortable bed, beautiful view, helpful staff, and more. I cannot review about food here since i eat outside. So many food choices around here.

We drove to KL this time. The worst nightmare due to the traffic right before turning into the hotel. Nothing to shout about. I thought we will give it a try but much prefer Westin, or Pullman KLCC. Both very close to Pavillion.

Great location, all the shopping malls are within walking distance. jalan alor is within walking distance as well. Room was spacious and nice. Service was great and they managed to find and return me my charging cable which I left in the hotel room after checking out. However one thing which I was not very happy was the taxi fare which I was overcharged. I am not unhappy with the hotel here but more of the taxi service. The taxi fare cost 21RM, when compared to taking grab is only 5RM... Overallm still a pleasant stay!

Hotel with Good Location but too much trainee staff”
Pros Good location close to pavillion mall, spacious room , complete amenities and good cleanliness Cons Lack of staff attentiveness Too much trainee and junior staff in front liner especially their Front Office Team Long check in time, i queed about 20 minutes ( only 1 guest in front of me) Slow in staff response, you have to call 5 times to their Housekeeping and front office just to get an additional towel. We thank you for their concierge team to be so thoughful.

I you’re looking the hotel location in the heart of bukit bintang this is the right choice. Beside of pavilion and other mall, you can go around to shopping. Very near to alor street the famous “street food”. Easy to walk to everywhere and great food in the breakfast.

Great Location ”
We had been with this hotel for the past years' trips to KL. Recent trip was rather disappointing. Was assigned with a room with connecting room type but next door was a family of four with 1 toddler and baby.... it was rather a noisy night with kids screaming till midnight. Requested for a change of room the next day and staff was accommodative to the request. The changed room was good except that we can hear the closing of cupboards and toilet doors next door. Overall, I think is a good hotel with great location, Malls just right besides. I would have a change of hotel if I visit KL in future for a change of environment.

Overall we had a great stay. The location was absolutely perfect with everything within walking distance. However, the room need upgrading. There were molds here and there particularly a large one on the wall next to the bed. I think there might be water damage from the bathroom. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.

Good location with Pavilion right next to the hotel and Fahrenheit just across the street. Plenty of eateries around and walkable to KLCC via the sheltered aircon bridge. Room is spacious and staff friendly. The gentleman who checked us in, Firdaus, was very helpful and accommodating.

this hotel is quite old, but i should say the location is perfect and this is all you need in KL. it's only a walk away from Pavilion KL. the room is big and many choices for the breakfast. Overall im satisfied with this hotel. will stay here again on the next trip.
