we visited singapore for our honeymoon trip. and i believe that one of the best decisions, which we made for our honeymoond trip was to stay in crystal club room of grand park orchard hotel. the grand park orchard hotel is located in a very convenient location, so you can go anywhere of singapore in 1 hour via bus or metro. it faces takeshimaya and paragon, so you can enjoy your shopping anytime when you need. i promise your wife will love it. also, takeshimaya has underground way to orchard station. so you do not need to worry about the famous hot and humid weather of singapore. the crystal club has wonderful tea, very best staffs, delicious food, and good services - but the cocktail night was so so. the staffs are very well-trained, educated, and friendly. the food - breakfast -was delicious. the staffs knows what i need and they are very helpful. finaly, the crystal club room has a laudary service of 2 cloths for free everyday, which was very good!!!!! it has gym and free water at gym; however, it is pretty small and does not have workout cloths. the hotel room was beautiful; but i felt that room was relatively small comparing to other 5 star hotels in singapore. but, it is not as small as other singapore hotels. if i have other chance to visit singapore with my wife, i will surely stay that hotel, grand park orchard hotel.

Excellent service, best hotel I've stayed! ”
Booked crystal club room and got free upgrade to crystal club premium, slightly bigger in terms of room size. Excellent service during check-in, was attended by club floor manager. As part of club benefits, we had excellent high tea at club lounge and the team surprised me with a chocolate cake! Dinner at hotel's restaurant was at pretty reasonable price, international buffet spread with many stations where food will be cook as per order and according to servings. Key highlight: need to try out the clay pot station! With 6 variety to choose from, I couldn't resist and ordered all 6! If you thought of trying local dishes but afraid to take on big portion, try out the clay pot station for 1pax serving! We also had some drinks at bar cannery, and I have to emphasize that this is really a hidden jem in orchard road! Lovely music and relaxing ambiance. By far the only outdoor bar that allows free-smoking! Despite all the good things about grand park orchard, I still believe that there's always room for improvement. 1) woken up early in the morning at 8am because 2 cleaner we're shouting across room and discussing about TV series. 2) lack of TV channels, which was quite surprising. Do not have channels like HBO? And had some issues with satellite connecting, images was alil lagging. Overall, Grand Park Orchard is definitely the best hotel I've stayed in Singapore and would love to be back again!

A great hotel with an excellent service”
Grand Park Orchard Hotel was the third and the last accommodation during our trip to Singapore. It's prime location which have an easy access to the nearest MRT and famous shopping centers was the main reason for me to choose this hotel. The staffs hospitality really made a very good first impressions for us as guests. They were very efficient in providing the room that i booked early online and it didn't took long for us to get to our room. The room was very clean and satisfying. The hotel did give a complimentary high speed internet access within the room but it's a bit disappointing that the connection signal was very weak. We can only had a very fast connection in the lobby floor. The tv programs signal should also be improved. But overall, we were satisfied with our stay at the Grand Park Orchard Hotel and i'm really looking forward of staying there in our future trip to Singapore.

Shopping at your doorstep”
We stayed one night at the Grand Park Orchard in September - a day before the Grand Prix in Singapore. I was looking for a hotel that was central to go shopping, that was quite new. Also needed to be able to accommodate my 1 year old. The hotel is beautiful - great design features. They certainly spared no expense on giving the hotel a make over (formerly the Prince Hotel I think). Loved the location! I was able to go shopping, then come back to the hotel and have a champers and relax and then hit the shops again in the nighttime. Recommend the food court in Takashimaya for anyone staying at the hotel. Only two real downsides: - Size of the room. Pretty tiny, though I guess you should expect this due to the location - The hotel was still under construction. They hadn't finished the entrance and you could tell they were rushing as fast as they could to complete the renovations before the Grand Prix. Though overall, would certainly recommend the Grand Park Orchard.

My Singapore Best Trip ”
I stayed in Grand Park Orchard Hotel from in July 2014. I just want to share my experience staying in Grand Park Orchard Hotel. I felt very comfortable and satisfied staying in Grand Park Hotel. The location is very strategic, nice and helpful hotel staffs, and especially the orange phone which helped me a lot during my stay in Singapore (I could make phone calls freely to Indonesian number, I could use the google map, etc). My biggest thanks also to who assisted me with her best effort to babysit my 16 months old baby boy for 5 hours so I can enjoy watching Sound of Music musical performance with my husband. Hope I can stay in Grand Park Orchard Hotel again for my next visit to Singapore.

Wonderful, comfortable stay with helpful staff”
I enjoyed my stay at Grand Park Orchard thoroughly. Of course, the central Orchard location is unbeatable. I love that the hotel is kept very clean. The check in and check out processes were very efficient and fast. The additional concierge service was a lifesaver (package holding, document faxing and printing) and the staff were all very nice and helpful. The bar at the hotel, Bar Canary, is quite special as it is outdoor and specializes in Veuve Cliquot champagne and bubbly drinks. Although the drinks were a bit expensive, I enjoyed the bar ambience and tasty fresh drinks. It is a bit unfortunate that due to its outdoor nature, everyone can smoke willy nilly. I wish the smoking and non-smoking sections were separate. Overall a wonderful stay in the heart of Singapore. Sometimes the rooms can be a bit overpriced but it's very worth it for the location and quality of the hotel.

Best location for tourists”
Grand Park Orchard Hotel is a very nice hotel located at Orchard Road which is the center tourist destination. It is very accessible to all parts of Singapore whether you go to Sentoza, Universal Studios, Esplanade and the other tourist attractions of Singapore. As to accommodation, Grand Park Orchard Hotel has very nice rooms equipped with the usual amenities, e.g. wireless internet connection, TV, etc. The supply of the newspaper The Straits Times is an add feature which can greatly be appreciated by a business person. The food served in the hotel's Open Restaurant is superb and the staff are so helpful and accommodating. Grand Park Hotel provides facilities and services that will really make one feel comfortable. The location is the hotel's greatest feature. It makes one feel so at home while away from home!

A great place to stay in Singapore”
This hotel is centrally located and if shopping is your reason for visiting Singapore, the Grand Park is where you should stay. Our room was beautiful and we have a view of Orchard Road. The breakfast buffet is very good and the attention to detail by the staff while serving so many people is excellent and the best we experienced. They offer an android phone freely during you stay in the city. It is very useful for directions while touring the city and also all phone calls are free anywhere in the world. A very nice perk and something we have never had offered to us before. The people who work there are friendly, helpful and the nicest staff. If we ever travel to Singapore again, we would most definitely stay at the Grand Park Orchard.

I'm always satisfied stayed at Grand Park Orchard and I always come back here. The room cleannes and comfort is very satisfied for me. But the compliment from this hotel is verry amaze...the hotel lend a mobile phone for compliment so I can use for domestic / international call and all is free of charge...no need to pay money when I use it to made an international call and I can use internet / browse acces with unlimited speed from this mobile phone, I can carry this mobile phone with me during my stayed at Grand Park Orchard and 20 country can get this facility. I'm very recommend this hotel for everyone who come to Singapore.

we're very much enjoyed our last time stay in Grand Park Orchard, all is very excellent. i almost gave this hotel score 10/10 because everything in here very nice, friendly staff, good location, and they're upgrade our room into premiere room without we asked. this hotel was superb, they're offering free international call to anywhere which is nice for us since we've had so much call to our business friend while we was in Singapore its really means for us. and the location is very well,located in Orchard Road which is the busiest road in Singapore,and really close to lots of mall. I really enjoy stayed at this hotel, and absolutely will be back again!

Great Location, Great Service”
travelled to singapore with my best friend for a short shopping trip, so decided to stay at grand park orchard hotel mainly for its location. location is top notch, service is also excellent. hotel interior is modern but cosy, but colour palette is a little dark. love the rainfall shower head! as with most hotels around orchard, the room's view is mostly adjacent buildings, and room size is a little small. having to switch elevators to get to the rooms is a little of a nuisance but not a deal breaker. i would definitely stay here again.

No better hotel in Singapore”
Grand Park Orchard is a new quality hotel with the 5 star feel, situated right in the centre of the action, next to Takashimaya and Paragon department stores on Orchard Road. Taxis are easy to get from here. We did not try the hotel food or bars but could see that they were available. This is a hotel where you can expect everything to go right, rather than everything going wrong. Staff are genuinely friendly, extremely attentive and will ensure your stay in Singapore comfortable and happy. I cannot fault the hotel, it was perfect and probably the best hotel I've stayed in during my travels around asia and in particular, Singapore. Be sure to say hello to Bob the concierge and Sammy Davis Jr who hails the taxis. Nice job and keep it up.

Great Location & Hotel”
I have been to Singapore numerous times and decided to try the Grand Park Orchard as its a relatively new hotel. Nice looking lobby, minimalist style, and the reception staff were really helpful. I had the deluxe room and found it very nice and cozy with their tone down lighting (the problem was i couldnt see the content of my luggage as there was no lighting in the baggage rack). Great bathroom and the room came with free wifi, which is a great plus for me. You can also use their computer in the lobby and print documents for free. Unfortunately was not able to try any of their restaurants. Great location for shopping. The only problem i had was when i ask them to arrange the airport transfer...they called rather late so i could not be picked up on my preferred time as the commuter service was already full. Would definitely stay at the hotel, if given the opportunity.

Great location, attentive service”
Grand Park Orchard is very well located if you're into shopping, especially on Orchard Rd. The staff is professional, friendly and efficient. The rooms are of a decent size, very modern and clean (if a bit on the dark side), and the beds are comfortable. The entry to the hotel is a bit odd .. you've got to catch a lift to Level 4 before you get to the proper hotel lobby. The foyer when one first enters is not what you'd expect for a 5-star hotel. Overall, good value for money. A special mention goes to the great breakfast and the "rain" showerhead (a real treat if you know how expensive water is in Singapore).

Good Service, good Location!”
My trip is for travel with my BF and my friend's family. So we need the hotel that comfortable and locate on Orchard rd. So we choose "Grand Park Orchard Hotel" The place is opposite Mandarin hotel and Paragon Mall. Beside that is Takashiyama and many big shopping mall that you can walk along the streets. And easy to find good foods around the hotel for both international foods and local foods. Together with hotel's service is very nice. Hotel's room is very comfortable, new and clean. Except Bar Carnary on floor4, staffs is very friendly..cocktails is good taste but music is not ok, seats around the bar is not good. They set place by dont' know what's the customer's need. Bar close 1am but they have to turn off music before midnight because they said it disturbed the rooom so we just wonder why they have bar if they can't open the music??!!?? But for overall, we satisfied with hotel & staff's service mind :)

Posh Hotel in Orchard”
We were a big group so we got 4 rooms. We have adults, teens and kids. This is a great hotel for all ages, while the adults and teens go about their shopping the kids went swimming in the nice pool of the hotel till 10pm! The rooms are big and we had no problem whatsoever. Right outside the hotel are the famous shopping malls in Singapore. I am surprised how big the ION mall which is a block away from Grand Park Orchard. Then there's the PAragon and Takashimaya which are across the street. This hotel is really a haven for shoppers. There's MRT also inside ION so its easy access. Grand park is a bit pricey but worth your money!

Great Service and ideal location”
I stayed there for 1 week and was really impressed with the outstanding service shown by all the staff members. The rooms were very clean. The location of the hotel was very ideal right in the centre on Orchard Road, close to all the shopping and food centres on Orchard Road. The only thing was the rooms were a little smaller than other hotels I've stayed at on Orchard Road, but that wasn't a big problem, still enough room to move in. Will definately stay at the Grand Park hotel for every visit that I make to Singapore. Would recommend it very highly.

We checked in on the 17 of December 2020 and I would like to commend on the staff’s friendliness. They were approachable and accommodating. The rooms were superb, we got a king sized room with the city view. It was marvellous. There’re common amenities like iron & ironing board, hairdryer, bathtub. I wish they’d include hand held bidet shower by the toilet seats. Other then that, the place is pretty much spotless. Grand Park Orchard Hotel has been a blast and we would definitely come back again. It's centralised, therefore shopping and food are easily accessible (Paragon is just opposite of the hotel). Grand Park Orchard Hotel held their heads high and kept their chin up despite the incident that happened a couple of weeks ago. They stayed true and professional. Cheers to that.
