Immediately upon arrival, we received the utmost amazing treatment. I recommend booking a Crest Room. The room was just a couple dollars more but it came with better sheets and more overall perks that made it worth while. The Indian restaurant on the bottom floor of the hotel is amazing. Each and every staff member made sure that every facet of my stay far exceeded my expectations. To share a personal experience, while we were staying in Malaysia, a friend of mine (not even staying at The Grand Season's) ended up getting drugged and robbed in Kuala Lumpur. We notified The Grand Seasons to ask what we should do and even though he was not a guest of the hotel, the Grand Season's management literally did EVERYTHING in their power to make sure that they were involved every step of the way. They couldn't have been more helpful in our time of need. The Grand Season's Hotel is my home away from home in Malaysia.

My stay at grand seasons was very comfortable. The reception staff was very friendly and helpful. When I arrived early in the morning I got complimentary checkin which was really good after travelling overnight from kuala perlis and was able to get a good sleep. Since the hotel is just couple of mins walk to chowkit monorail it becomes easier to travel to may tourist spots from there. A good view of petronas from the room. Overall a good and comfortable stay in grand seasons. The only problem was there was no indian restaurants around.

I had a stay of 3 nights 4 days at the Grand Season Hotel. It is located at the strategic location from the heart of Kuala Lumpur. Buses are easily available to and from. Trains (Monorail service) is just 3 minutes walk from the hotel, which will take you to the attractive locations of Kuala Lumpur. I liked the hotel vey much.. It is worth staying as the price is competitive compared with other hotels.

i stayed recently in grand seasons for a business trip in kuala lumpur, due to its location is closeby to my meeting place. used to passby the hotel but never thought the hotel was good. the room is so spacious and king sized bed with additional 4 pillows! cant find any hotel gives extra pillows more than 3! the reception/check in was very efficient as well, everthing was ready in a few minutes..even the place was overcrowded with guests!.. im very impressed!

Grand seasons hotel has been my first choice for hotels in KL. I love the rooms, the location (right smack in Ampang) at an affordable price. I mean...you don't really get a 4-star hotel in Ampang at this price. Really. And the best part is...its really easy to get upgraded (with room availability). and the food...i looooove the hi-tea spread...i personally think its one of the most affordable and yummy place to go. Kudos to the chef! I don't think i'll ever stop going there. thank you grand seasons for making my stay a pleasant one!

i think stay in the Grand Season Hotel in Kuala Lumpur have a good experience..with low budget, we can enjoy five star hotel, the location not too close to Bukit Bintang (Centre of shooping) but its easy to reach there (with MRT)and im very happy with the view from our room, cause we can look the view of amazing Kuala Lumpur, but its can give more value for this hotel if there's have a internet access intehe room, and more shops (maybe souvenir shop) and restaurant..

Excellent Hotel”

Kuala Lumpur was an unexpected stop on our travels but well worth it after our stay at the Grand Seasons. We were greeted with a rapid check in and then showed to our enormous clean room with a great view of the northern part of the city. We had paid the extra money for the buffet breakfast and it was some of the best money ever spent. The rest of our stay was such a pleasant one that we would definitely return in the future and recommend to others.

Last time i went to kuala lumpur i stayed in chinatown. I paid almost the same price for a 2 or 3 star hotel (and that was the average rate everywhere even through agoda) while now i was the same distance from the train as i was in chinatown but without all the annoying noise from the street and the lack of comfort. The rooms are amazing for a night. very large. In chinatown i had 10sqm now grandseasons gave me 32. Full on bathtub. Nice large lcd tv with more than 3 channels that other hotels have. The beds are still amazing for an old hotel. The rooms are always cold, even if you turn off the ac for a few hours the rooms are cold its great for sleeping. Food is really good. i was surprised at the price for room service but when i received my food, it wasn't the usual noodle with ketchup or cheap fried rice i usually get. only negative is no free wifi.

Hot and heavy rain in Kuala Lumpur , The hotel is a bit worn these days but remains one of my favorites! Location, location, location! This hotel is well located for the visitor to the Golden Triangle .- right across from ChowKit Monorail Station , so you have aces to every train line servicing all place in Lembah Klang - all you need to get around - you're also two block or three from Pasar Malam Chow kit and more .

grand seasons hotel is located at 72 jalan pahang, kl. although not located at the heart of kl, travelling to klcc or kl central is a breeze. the lrt is located just 5mins walk away from grand seasons. if one does not wish to take the public transport, they can choose to take a taxi to klcc or kl central which is just a 10mins ride. the excutive room is clean and comfy with the necessary amenities like a mini-fridge, hairdryer, wide-screen tv and a computer. the view from the hotel room is fantasy and the staffs are friendly and helpful. overall the stay is a pleasant one for me and i enjoy the stay very much.

Grand Season is a spectacular hotel. I was abit disappointed in the cup cake shop...in the morning there won't really any cup cakes, in the evening there weren't really many cup cakes and inbetween there was probably about 3 -5 cupcakes of the same 1-2 variety. A little false advertising there I think..Also, regarding the gentlemen's clubs...there seemed to be a few or couple of them in this hotel. I wonder how many women have walked into these "spas" and come out embarrassed. They should put some form of signage but apart from that, I found it a little discriminating. One day I walked into my room and found one of the pillows behind a chair..I found that odd however I didn't query this. Maybe the staff were having a pillow fight? :) As a hotel, even though I understand it's not up to the hotel what the taxis do however they should not send their clientele to taxi drivers who are going to not go by the meter. I also found it odd that the hotel would be requesting deposits if you want to use the phone etc..it's not a welcoming thing to be asked for a deposit in case you use the phone. I refused as I knew I wasn't going to use the phone. There is n billing/charge system to the room. That's rather odd...for such a suave hotel..

The floor managers at the Grand Seasons Hotel are exceptional. They are very responsive to a guest's needs. Some staff are more responsive than others though. For example, it took a few weeks for one staff member to respond to my questions about room rates. By that time, I had already booked the hotel with agoda.com. (The agoda.com rate turned out to be cheaper!) Not sure there is a huge difference between the different classes of rooms. Overall though, I had a great time. The food is amazing and there are few hotels in Kuala Lumpur with better views of the city skyline.

An oasis of calm in a non sleepy city”

This was probably the best hotel stay I have ever had which is a big claim because I have stayed in many luxury hotels all over the world. Every aspect of our stay was flawless from the bell man greeting us by name when we arrived to them wishing us a safe trip as we departed.He took the time to explain the suite to us and even show it to us. It was amazing. It was on the corner of the building and had amazing views of the strip. I can't say enough nice things about the suite or how welcoming and customer service oriented the staff was. The suite and the hotel are like a little oasis in K.Lumpur. The rooms were impeccably clean and just really lovely. Every staff member went out of their way to help us and always showed that our comfort and happiness was their number one priority. This is the only hotel I will stay in on my future trips to Kuala Lumpur

Short and sweet”

1. At first, I had problem with the booking (not my fault obviously, agoda technical error maybe😡). I was pissed off ! 2. Grand seasons staffs were super kind, professional and the smile cool down my anger. Though I had to wait for almost one and half hour. At last, I got my room. 3. The room was as expected (junior suite). Clean, spacious with KL twin tower view (as requested). 4. The room provided with drinking water (5 bottles) and 3 in 1/instant drinks (a lot). Water heater/kettle provided. The tv channel was a lot (visiob four). 5. The swimming pool was nice and had kids pool. The towel provided at the pool. Changing room just nearby. Got plenty chairs and bench. 6. Car park was at the other wing of the building. The fee was free of charge but first, you have to present your parking ticket at the concierge/information counter. 7. The location was calm/LESS noise and crowd (compared with other hotels at KL). It was in front of KL general hospital. Food stalls just nearby.

At first, when we saw the hotel from Chowkit Station, we are a bit, judgmental, ( it looks really old from the outside) we think about negative things already but the hotel prove that we were wrong. First impression is not always correct. I really enjoyed our stay here. We requested for rooms that are facing the Twin Towers and it was granted without any additional fees. Room is very spacious. Complete amenities even have flat iron in the room. Breakfast buffet is ok. It also have a nice pool. But wifi is not free. When it comes to accessibility, it is just walking distance from Chowkit Station. Overall, money spent here is very worth it. Will definitely book our stay here again.

What i liked about this place is that the staff on the lobby are very much accomodating and very helpful.Yes there are times that the service is slow. What do you expect to a very large and tallest hotel in Kuala Lumpur...it happens. The food was great and has a lot of selections. FYI you're in malaysia so don't expect most of the hotel to have a burger & pasta type of food. The rooms are very spacious and the room is always clean and they even check up on you if in a few days you haven't had your rooms cleaned. The pool was great and very big. Also the bartender by Kasbah Bar is really nice and really friendly!!! As for the surroundings of the place, well it's not much but there are also food around that area that are good. It's not a 5 star place but the food is good.
