As captioned, the dormitel is located in near malls, cafe, resto, park, 200m away from Davao Doc. The room is clean, however the aircon of the room assigned to us is leaking and while they respond to our complaint immediately, they solved it with a rag to absorb all those leaks, so we were careful not to slip on that part of floor, plus it gets dirty with all the wetness. Anyhow, the staff were nice and courteous. While we order for the breakfast a day before (since we can't dine in the cafeteria due to a booking on that Sunday), we waited hungrily to the scheduled 730am breakfast, which if we didn't follow up, we'd go pasmo. The breakfast is good though. For it's price, it's almost worth it.

If you’re a double or trio traveller and you chose a kind-ah hectic itinerary, then this is the best lodging to get. It’s reasonable price outweighs the number of hours you’ll be staying in a hotel. It’s clean, has fast service and friendly staff. It has a strategic location, very near a convenient store, bakery, and restaurants. Surely, this dormitel wil cater to wanderlusts who have allotted a budget for their travel but are smart and practical enough not to spend too much on accommodation but rather on those destinations that they have aimed to visit in the first place.

I was so lucky I got a promo for the Deluxe King room and I loved it! Everything is good. Only issue is the wifi in my room is not so strong so I just use my mobile data. Other than that, all good. :)

i like it bec its clean and very near to KFC, McAdo, 7/11 and Penongs and Davao Doctors hospital (we have a 2yr old baby, being near to a hospital is always a big relief for me in case of emergency), they have limited parking space, so if you are bringing your car, better be early to get a space, overall our 2night stay was great.

My family enjoyed the 4-nights stay here... clean room and they manage to clean our room once we were out and changed the towels.. with restaurant inside the bldg. so you can have breakfast before heading out for your itineraries of the day. has an elevator... staff are friendly and accommodating.. close to food chains.. close to Hospital - Davao Doctors just a few meters away.. My family stayed here to greet and meet my brother-in-law and at the same time my mother's checkup at Davao Doctors.. It's very convenient for us! Thank you very much Green Windows.. would love to recommend this place to my friends..

The hotel is wonderfully located within the poblacion district. It was my second time in the hotel and this time I had a better room. The first time I stayed, I didnt have any window in my room. PROS Great sized rooms I love that they have king beds with duvet covers Nice city view Great location Friendly staff Strong water pressure Hot shower Late check out can be arranged Cable TV availabld offered more viewing options than in other similar hotels Cool bedroom Convenience store nearby Price is just right (caught a good bargain) CONS No bath mats Room smelled kind of musty, I asked staff to clean my room again Dusty, full length curtains (pls vacuum!) Wifi disconnects fr time to time, requires regular sign in 5F cafe does not open on time Overall, pleasant. I will book again.

Amazing Dormitel in Davao”
I was expecting less from this hotel because it's a dormitel but it exceeded my expectation. This is close to establishments and attractions in Davao City. The room price was cheap for 4 persons. The room was clean and deodorized. The bed was so comfortable and the size was enough. The lighting in the room was good too. Aircondition worked well except that there was a bit of a noise. The comfort room was spacious too and has hot water. I was able to park a car in the building. What I love most about this is how they include and train people with special needs. A person with a down syndrome greeted us and offered us fortune cookies and chocolate. Thank you for the accommodation. I will definitely go back and will recommend this hotel to my friends.

I highly recommend this place if you are looking for a nice and safe place with a great location. You pay for a dorm type room but with the hotel feels. Huge beds and great beddings. Very relaxed vibes and great staff :D

we stayed here 3 nights good location is nearby in Bankerohan market where you can find the wholesaler fruits you can take is either by walking or taking a tricycle/tuktuk like in bangkok market. If you want to go for shopping of souvenier shop(ALDEVINGCO) just take a jeep with the signboard going to TORRIL and ask the driver to drop you in Roxas st in front of ATENEO de DAVAO,(Lugar lang po)visayan word meaning in Tagalog PARA lang po or Drop/stop me please in front or street in Ateneo de Davao. And going back to hotel take a jeep with signboard MINTAL. (landmark TAPA KING and KFC)

The first thing why I booked in Green Windows Dormitel is because of its location. We usually passed by the hotel every time we go to the airport or going to my husband's favorite Mall - The Abreeza. so to save time we picked Green Windows. We stayed in the King Bed with extra mattress. The bathroom is slippery when wet so its not advisable when you have active kids considering their safety. I highly recommend this for backpackers or adults but not for family with young kids.
