- Picture & title showing double two deluxe but what we got is a queen bed. - No towel available due to laundry late pick up - Toilet door broken - Water heater not functioning and water is slow - No toilet paper - TV still not able to open The only good things is, fast food, restaurant, familymart, 7e, guardian, kk mart, 4fingers, zus all nearby this hotel. Overall, yes you still can stay.

Comments v Greenworld Hotel to OYO:stay on 30/6/2022 - 2/7/2022: 1)Tv not working from day 1 to day 3 & did not even see any effort to fix- tv remote not provided 2)only got towel & door toilet towel at night on day 1 because hotel don't have clean towels-too late 3)received thin & torn towel (terkoyak) & very bad towel 4)toilet door room have no lock-lock broken 5)not friendly staff 6)kettle provided but not provide cup/glass & 3 in 1 tea/coffee 7)drinking water not provided 8)iron spoiled my headcover, overheat,iron not non stick 9)door room cannot lock,the door lock not working & have to ask for hotel staff everytime to open the door 10)drawer not properly cleaned,have waste from earlier guest 11)toiletbowl flush water too slow,have to flush several times before going out.

There is TV in all rooms but cannot work,the staff said this hotel is not provided TV as well. The room is not clean.. Very tired after traveling .Arrived still need to clean up,wiped all the dressing table n side table when move in.

The aircond is not functioning! The door is not functioning! The heater is not functioning! The staff always not at the desk. Need to call them and ask them to come. Cleanliness too bad and there is smell. The bed is too bad. Can see stains. They didn't provide any toiletries items.
