"-best location near JR train station (chitose) but not busy because it's located in residential area -very nice and helpful staff (he is owner) -clean and relax space in plcae like homestay where u share space with local owner -only one thing i want to complain is just justy 1 restroom for upper floor -overall is very perfect and it was great time I slept in this trip(12days around hokkaido in many cities) -and I recommend who need place to stay while travel around Chitose and need to arrive airport for early flighy"

"the location is a bit far from everywhere, however it just beside the lake shikotsu. It's a really good place only if you want to do some activities in lake shikotsu, however, it's not a good place to stay if you plan to go back and forth to other place since the first bus from this place starts really late and the last bus to chitose station ends really early."
