Grande Centre Point Hotel Terminal 21 (SHA Plus+)
Sukhumvit,Bangkok - View on map
"For those who have rated this hotel/serviced apartment complex as anything other than wonderful you are either on drugs or in urgent need of seeing a doctor. I have stayed at the Grande Centre Point (GCP) on four occasions now – total of 32 nights – and I remain convinced it is not just one of the best located (direct access to BTS, main Sukhumvit Road etc) hotels in Bangkok but the best value. Yes, it is not everybody’s budget but for those happy at $100/120 per night (there are days, but not many, when these prices are significantly more expensive) don’t waste your time looking elsewhere. If having shopping on your door step is a plus, then you have the brand new Terminal 21 shopping centre. And you if you want cheaper shopping then the extensive range of street stalls on Sukhumvit Road are just outside. If gym work is a chore to you, the hotel has tried to make it much easier with an extensive array of equipment (not some puny little room stuck somewhere in a corner as with so many hotels in the City) – all with built in tv monitors. If you like a swimming pool and sun deck that is not just a paddle pool with some under-investment in sun loungers, then again GCP wins. And this is before you discover that there is a very generous area given to crazy golf and tennis. What other hotel in the City gives you these facilities ? Many of the great restaurants of Bangkok are on the Sukhumvit stretch, so you have all these within easy walking or taxi (or BTS) distance from you. Terminal 21 itself has many good quality eateries. For the ‘night lovers’ you have Soi Cowboy 100 meters away. Finally if there was a criticism I had in early stays at GCP it was the staff were under-trained but management have obviously put some time and investment into this critical service. So yes I can understand why some people will argue the case for other hotels in Bangkok (there are after all some magnificent ones in the City), they tend they tend to be in a significantly more expensive"

Grande Centre Point Hotel Ploenchit (SHA Extra plus)
Siam,Bangkok - View on map
"Picked this hotel out because it is 1/2 block from Central Embassy and it's amazing Food Hall Eathai. Basically used it as a place to recover from jet lag for a weekend before spring boarding to Hong Kong and Phuket. The price was very reasonable, so I wasn't expecting much. This hotel blew me away! Despite being in a great location with access to the Sky Train and Malls, it is a very well apportioned and relaxing refuge from the city. The staff is very accommodating, the buffet breakfast is excellent and the rooms are spacious, modern and beautiful. The one bedroom suites come with a washer/dryer combo which has allowed me to avoid any laundry fees. Had two other Bangkok hotels booked between and after Hong Kong and Phuket. After viewing Bangkok Hotel #2 and being underwhelmed, I cancelled there and booked at the Grande Centre Point for both of the other Bangkok stays. They stowed my extra luggage while I was out of town. This is a hidden gem. Book it!"

Siri Sathorn Bangkok by UHG (SHA Plus+)
Sathorn,Bangkok - View on map
"I was lucky enough to book this with one of the hotels matches in sathorn Bangkok for 3 nights. Usually I wouldn’t have enough money for a hotel like this in Bangkok but they had an exceptional reduced deal on. Even so paying 3 times the money for it I would be going away satisfied. I had no complaints. A good pool, gym, great size room, beds were comfy and staff exceptional. I actually lost my key card which most hotels would have charged me. They just did everything to keep my stay as satisfying as possible! The area is also very upmarket! I would love to stay again if I can afford their usual rates. "

"Me and my GF decided to change the hotels everyday while we were visiting Bangkok. After we came to the Quater Silom we stopped moving to the other places. Really great place with a perfect location and kind staff. Would come and stay here again! Thanks to the management and to everyone who make this place to be as it is! 🙏 "

The Berkeley Hotel Pratunam (SHA Plus+)
Pratunam,Bangkok - View on map
"generally, room is OK. corridor to room has a terrible toilet or urine smell. we stayed next to a wedding group. it was so noisy. they played loud music and there were constant room door knocking to their room. seriously, the staff should warn us or inform us. smoke smell can be smelt along corridor . location wise is good. very near shopping malls. but not near to any train stations if you plan to take train. room is clean. somehow water from shower will always leak out to the toilet area. will b v wet. and the shower control is bad. difficult to maintain water temperature consistency. The Quarter Ari by UHG (SHA Plus+)
Chatuchak,Bangkok - View on map
"Located near BTS Ari Station, Villa Market, Thai-Chinese Restaurant Lhao Lhao. This neighbourhood is busy on working days, quiet on weekends and PHs. The entrance to the hotel reception is located at the side, behind the office building – Ari Hills. At the ground floor, there are Starbucks, Boots and 7-11. The staff are super friendly – doorman, front desk, housekeeping, restaurant crew, rooftop bar and the gym. Our deluxe room is well equipped with kitchenette, a comfortable bed, wardrobe, big flatscreen TV. This corner room is so spacious that we feel that something is missing, perhaps a mini sofa or work desk will complete the look! We have an awesome view of Bangkok city with lots of windows and lots of sunlight. The only downside is the bathroom: water drainage is bad and the exhaust fan not working – wet floor, steam and smell takes a while to dissipate. Breakfast is at level 22 with amazing view. The breakfast is almost the same everyday, the food is delicious but boring. The highlight of this hotel – the swimming pool, rooftop bar and gym, located at level 33 – 360° view of Bangkok!"

Grace Hotel Bangkok (SHA Plus+)
Sukhumvit,Bangkok - View on map
"Mixed view about this hotel is because people with bad views book standard rooms and people with good views stay in deluxe rooms. I booked deluxe room which was simply awesome. Best location and easily accessible from train station. A lot of halal food options available. Definitely will stay again "

Novotel Bangkok On Siam Square Hotel (SHA Plus+)
Siam,Bangkok - View on map
"Simply the best hotel in Bangkok, if not in the whole Thailand for this prices. We stayed there for three times and never disappointed even in a tiny detail. Perfect service at premier lounge, modern interiors and amazing breakfast: everyday different, fresh, lots of healthy food and delicious bakery. And of course, its the best nest if you like shopping, Siam Paragon is 1 minute walk, other malls not more than 7 minutes. The pool on the roof is also very good, enjoyed swimming there. Highly recommended."

Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 20 (SHA Extra plus)
Sukhumvit,Bangkok - View on map
"everything very fine there. Rooms big ad clean. my only point here was that I'm a little sensitive to dust, esp. as the windows can't be opened, and the intake filter of the aircon had a half centimeter of dust. I took it down, washed it in the shower & dried it, put it back, fine. But others wouldn't recognize. The hotel is clean everywhere, styilsh, modern, Coffee / Drinks bar is good, room service excellent (though a little expensive, which is normal), staff is super. Location is perfect to access from cheap to luxurious restaurants and bars, it's Bangkok :) There's a Swiss restaurant in the alley which is amazing. Nothing to complain for this Novotel."
