"The resort is in perfect location, next to some of the biggest Hotel in Palm Jumeriah, including Waldorf Astoria, Anantara, and the likes. Our room is a corner room so we had perfect view of Jumeriah private beach and Arabian Sea. We love that the hotel is high ceiling, and has plenty light coming in which makes you truly feel that you're on an Island. The hotel is relatively new, so everything is in good shape and we love the modern feel to the architecture and interior. "

"Overall the stay at Aloft,palm jumeirah was next to wow. The only inconvenience I felt is that both bathroom door didn't have any latches. For the matter of the fact every room in whole property didn't have any latches on bathroom doors. This may be good for couples travelling for honeymoon in a way but in general and especially for people like me who are travelling with a toddler will find it a lot annoying. Apart from this ,I believe everything was spot on. Staff was very good and kind, Service was up to the mark and cleanliness was very very good. I request the management of aloft to consider giving option of latches in the bathroom doors. Best Regards, Hemant Singh"

"I had a perfect stay with a perfect care and cooperation from "JAZ" the kind receptionist who helped me to change the room to better room even beyond her duty time. Also I can summerize my stay into the following remarks: ADVANTAGES: -Beach facilities are great and swimming pool as well -Swimming pool's shower is unique and this is the first time on my life having colddddd nice shower surrounded with hotness and strong sun, I like it:) -balcony size and view were great facing the palm island -Main restaurant staff during the breakfast are very active and supportive -Hotel Pharaoh scene was so attractive DISADVANTAGES: -valet parking staff not wearing gloves -main entry to the pool is closed (only side entries) -breakfast buffet was so crowded and should be distributed in large area to avoid Covid-19 infection -room no. 813 has defected toilet spray gun's valve and shower spray as well"

"The best hotel in Palm Jumeira, the breakfast is wow , cuz of verities of dishes, I was always getting confused on what to eat , they have many activities for adults as well as for kids, lovely kids club, huge swimming pool, private beach, I enjoyed the food & snacks at the chocolate bar in the lobby, they provide free shuttles to Dubai mall and mall of emirates, I will stay in this hotel again and again cuz me and my family enjoyed our stay in this hotel"

"As always the staff were exceptional. I was upgraded to a sea view room, but when I got there it was a smoking room, which I refused. Within 10 minutes I was allocated another sea view even though the hotel was practically full, and in addition I was offered lunch and a drink on the house for the inconvenience. The rooms are spacious and spotlessly clean, fantastic breakfasts and good choice of dining. The location is perfect as it is away from the bustle of the Marina and Jumeirah, but still easily accessible to the Malls and restaurants. "
