We arrived in Chiang Saen and didn't manage to check in for another 2 hours due to the location given on agoda and on the booking confirmation taking us to the police station which was a 10 minute drive from the actual property. Tried phoning to explain that we couldn't find it and the host didn't understand English so hung up on me. Finally got through to agoda who had to get an interpreter to explain and only then they sent me coordinates for a completely different location to the one given before. The place itself is very nice and clean and a good location, however there was no WiFi information and seemed to be no WiFi available even tho it was stated there would be. Then at night we had what I can only guess was monkeys? Howling and banging on our wall and running across the roof all night which made for a difficult sleep. Maybe we just got unlucky but I can't give a better review than that unfortunately.
