Despite the owner was nice and kind there are things need to be fixed: 1. The mattress was covered in its factory plastic which is a shame. Some Thai hotels do it in order to keep the mattress looking new and clean longer. It feels hot and uncomfortable even with bed linen on top. 2. After a misunderstanding about if breakfast was included or not and if i have to pay +50B. Free breakfast was served as my reservation indicated. Breakfast consist in a banana and food from market in a plastic container. In a real homestay usually hot breakfast cooked on site is served. 3. They advertise on Agoda under two different names. This name in Thai language and Pernjai Homestay which is more expensive but exactly the same hotel and same room, and we all know why...
