Spacious hotel room”

The bidget hotel Hako is trully value for your money. Here my humble view: 1. Loaction : In the heart of Mount Austin. It is located at the hottest area of Mount Austin. The famous milk tea street with many milk tea retail store by the side. food outlets is just around the hotel, eg. local food by Media corp actor Yeow wen long, local dishes, jap food, korean food etc. Behind the hotel have all the pubs with live band to rock your night. 5 stars for the locality of the hotel. 2. amentity: First, the room is spacious as compare to many hotel at the same price range. 46"or 50' tv with all the internet movies you can watch. Most hotel are equip with 32" tv. Firm bed that you could enjoy a quality sleep and good shower that you will enjoy your bath time. What do you want more from the hotel? 3. Cleanliness : The room is clean and quiet. the surrounding and reception is comfortable for you to take a short rest or chat with your visitors. free coffee tea at recep Staff: Polite and friendly.

Best Hotel in Mount Austin”

Stayed here multiple times, my favourite hotel in Mount Austin. Hotel is very new, rooms are always clean. The beds and pillows are top of the line. Cosy ambience the moment u step into the hotel lobby. Staff are friendly and helpful. Never fail to get a good night's sleep here. The only slightly negative thing is that certain rooms can sometimes hear a bit of the noise from the karaoke downstairs but it's not intruding.

Almost perfect”

Location is good, right smack in the middle of everything. The amazing part is that Hako is integrated into a building that also runs a karaoke & when you’re entering, it’s super noisy on the 1st floor but once you get into Hako & your room, that noise disappears. The hotel is aesthetically pleasing on all levels, smells great & our room was more than comfortable. If I had any complaints, it would be that there weren’t the small packs of toiletries that you’d normally get at other hotels so thank god I’d brought my own cotton wools & buds. Also, the tv is.. filled with only chinese movies (for rental) so.. Other than those small things, the stay was great! Would definitely stay again!

Great environment,comfortable bed,powerful shower,value for money! Many famous food&beverage beside the hotel.If u like Nordic style u must stay here! Each corner u can take photo at lobby！super recommended！The only badthing there is a bar behind the hotel,will be some noise, but it is acceptable to me. I like Hako hotel so much！

I would say the management really care for customer's need and comfort i will give thumbs up to the hako hotel team and i will come back again to stay here.My mom was very happy as well as me too. The receptionist was very helpful and friendly and professional too when i check in for first time i forgot to ask her name i check in on 30 May 2020 evening please give my thumbs up to her.I was very impressed with this hotel.Their range equal to 5 star hotel very very comfort hotel.Thank you so much.

Good and bad”

Having heard of Mount Austin but not visited for awhile, we have decided to give it a try and book our stay in this area to take advantage of the proximities to the surrounding entertainment. (+) Mini suite was at $80 (240RM) on Agoda, and it was relatively spacious for a room at this price. Every room key you gotten requires a 50RM deposit which they will collect upon check in. (+) The rooms are clean and have pretty much all the amenities you need. (+) Location is superb, right in the middle of everything, and a 10 minutes grab to many other cafes and restaurants, even AEON tebrau. However, there’s quite a bit to complain about.. (-) Our room, despite being located nearest to the elevator, wasn’t affected by the Karaoke a few levels below. But, the constant revving of vehicles constantly disrupted our sleep, not to mention someone ticking away on their calculators past midnight at the front desk. (-) The water heater is working, but the temperature of the water is constant

Location”

Pro: New hotel, family executive room with 60" tv, comfy beds. Many eateries within walking distance. Con: Located directly behind a disco pub, loud music till 2-3am, not recommended for light sleepers.

At the heart of Mt Austin”

Right where you want to be in Mt Austin with all the happening pubs, restaurant, bbt shops and karaokes within a stone throw. One of the newest and cleanest hotel you can find in this location. Good to bring ear plugs to block out the noise from the nearby bars and karaoke (which the hotel can't control) but everything else such as service and cleanliness is superb. Free flow snack and drinks at the lobby which is a good touch. Beautiful decoration, definitely photo-worthy. Sink is located outside the toilet/shower cubicle, no complain on that. Will return the next time we visit the area.

My 2nd time here in 2 months. Used to like Sutera as it was hip but mount Austin is the new hip place with unlimited choices of bbt! Although there’s a ktv just downstairs you don’t hear the music through the walls surprisingly. Very peaceful and quiet. Love the design of the place and very convenient with eateries and bbt shops all around!!

Good stay for the hotel. Few restaurant & bubble tea shop around. Many thanks for the staff had courier me back my stuff that I left in the room. Thanks a lot!

VALUE FOR MONEY! ”

Value for money, very clean, minimalist design(interior), fuss free! Location is very convenient! Located at the prime spot of Mount Austin where u can get bubble tea downstairs. There is a ktv downstairs too. Not much amenties/facilities so it's good for a 1-2night stay.

Clean & simple ”

Pro : clean, neat, simple, tidy and opening price is considered cheap Con : no safety at all as the lift can access by anybody even to outsider, strangers can straight walk inside the room if the is not lock. The lift shared with others, the karaoke

Great location and value for money”

Pros: great location. Easy to explore Austin heights. Lots of cafes, eateries and nightlife nearby but we weren’t bothered by any noise at night. Value for money. Nicely decorated and minimalistic interior of hotel lobby and rooms. Super comfy bed. Seems like a very new hotel! Refreshments provided at the lobby. Cons: shower area may need a little maintenance as there were water seeping out right into the main bedroom floor area after a shower. There was also a sewage smell in the room throughout our stay.

Very newly furnished place. Clean and convenient. But would opt for a room further from the bar downstairs as it was a little difficult to rest at night.

The concept of the hotel and the room. However there isn't any fridge during our stay. But I enjoy my stay at Hako and would come back to stay again.

A nice deco boutique hotel ”

Sound Proof is bad, can hear the karaoke sound in the room. Newly open boutique hotel with nice deco.

Sounds can be heard through the window as this establishment is located above a popular karaoke. But the deco and bed makes it all up.
