Pros: - Owner is very friendly, genuine, and speaks good English - The facility is great value for the price - Slept very well on the futons Cons: - 20 minute walk to Hakodate Station Verdict: - This place is worth the stay. Despite the distance to Hakodate Station, the stay at the guesthouse was great. Had the chance to speak with the owner on check-in day (he came early to check us in 2 hours before check-in time) and he made some good recommendations for what to see.

The host is nice and friendly, also speaks English well. Although the room is a little bit old, however it is clean and reminiscent.

這家民宿就像回鄉一樣的舒服自在”

老闆非常親切和善也很熱心, 可用日文及英文溝通, 需要甚麼都可以跟他商量, 居住的環境是個標準的日式屋, 停車場寬敞, 也有腳踏車可以租用. 下次若再去函館, 一定會再回來這裡住.
