Nice hotel with good onzen facility”
Nice hotel located near to small mountains in small town. Room was comfortable with small onsen in room. The onsen facility were good. Traditional Japanese breakfast was nice. Only one drawback was that the gps location provided was not correct. Hope that have updated it after having received my complaint.

The hotel was a lovely design, traditional but modern. We loved the evening meal and breakfast provided, it was a lovely experience of a range of Japanese food. We enjoyed using the spa facilities and had an amazing room with an open air bath. Would definitely recommend this hotel and come back again!!

It’s a very cool place with modern facilities. Quite near to the Gora Station. However, the price is getting more expensive. It’s double of what I have paid for 1 night. Overall, it’s a very pleasant stay because the stream is just in front of the hotel n the water flows sound like falling rain, so nice to cuddle n have a very comfortable sleep!

Open air spa is not hot spring water”
I was told the open air spa inside the room was hot pring water, when I made the reservation with Agoda. However, this was just normal hot water when I asked the reception during check in, seems to be cheated 😢 Really disappointed.

コロナ禍の中旅に出るのは抵抗があったが、衛生管理がしっかりしており、何よりお部屋に露天風呂が付いていたので安心して寛ぐことが出来た。夕食も、朝食も大満足。特にテーブルを担当して下さったお宿の方がサービスの際の一つ一つの対応がとても気遣いがあり、丁寧で心地良く美味しくご飯をいただけた。インテリアや、ご飯に至るまで「月の宿」な演出を見つけては、楽しく過ごした。またぜひ泊お伺いしたいです。

全体的にとても静かで清潔的で、のんびりとするには過ごしやすかったです。特にお部屋にある露天風呂が、ヒノキの床にもかかわらずとても清潔で大満足でした。しかし私は女子旅でこの宿を利用したので、大浴場のお風呂が２つしかないのは少し残念でした。 また館内には無料ドリンクバーやアイスがあり、とても楽しく、嬉しかったです。 スタッフの方もとても丁寧な対応をしてくださり、心地よい空間でした。
