No Parking ”

Hotel was ok. Staff not too friendly but not rude. If you are traveling in car this hotel doesn’t have a parking lot, you have to park out In the street and be going out every 2 hours to pay the parking meter or you have look for a parking garage. If you are single with no kids and are looking just to stay and browse around with no car then you can use this hotel.

Karly (the manager) was unbelievably rude to my brother and I for no apparent reason. I realize everyone has a bad day but the way we were treated here was unacceptable. I will never come back.

In town for a concert ”

Lovely, modern hotel in an arts district. Restaurants within walking distance, and a helpful list of places to eat was provided by the front desk. Front desk staff were helpful and friendly. I felt safe due to the security precautions installed. And the breakfast was great! Definitely recommend.

Nice room, no microwave”

The only microwave was down by the front desk. None in the rooms. We went down to make popcorn and it was so filthy!! It was so disgusting and I turned to a worker and told her it was dirty and asked for napkins (someone left a puddle of soup in it) to clean up and she handed me napkins and that was it. She should’ve offered to clean it. Other than that, the rooms were nice and quiet, the breakfast was good, and the staff was friendly, and it was in a perfect location to walk to many restaurants and the convention center.

Had no issues with my stay and there’s so many walking distance restaurants/bars and everything around it is easy to get to either with Uber or if you have a rental!! I recommend a rental car btw.

Bad Hotel Policy”

It is weird that you have to tell the hotel to make up room the day before, otherwise they won't make up room the following morning. Even worse, when I checked in, the employee failed to tell me about this weird policy.

Hidden parking fee”

There's a $37 parking fee which isn't disclosed until check in. I called ahead and the front desk did not inform valet, waited for 1 hour for my car."Full breakfast" consists of waffles, HS cafeteria sausage and dry cheese omelets.

Good downtown hotel, be aware of parking”

Room was clean and tastefully designed. Hotel is in good location downtown, not far from tram. Parking is a bit of an issue -- it will cost you 37 dollars a day (and add to that the tip for the valet). The breakfast was surprisingly good. Wifi was good. We enjoyed our stay, but if we had stayed longer the cost of parking would not be OK.

Near mass transit ”

No car? No problem. Between Light Rail and Bus, you can buy a $4 day pass and go almost anywhere. Also Lyft and Uber are reasonably priced and prompt. I never waited more than six minutes for a ride. There’s no restaurant or room service on site. But there is a food and beverage area in the lobby which has a variety of drinks and food for purchase, like $3 sodas, and a $7 personal pizza to cook in the microwave (mine wasn’t edible, instructions were hard to understand, so maybe I messed it up). Hot breakfast is worth getting up in the morning for. Many choices, good food.

Clean, courteous staff, comfortable room”

My 17 year old daughter and I were going to a concert in downtown Phoenix and wanted a room near the venue. We were in walking distance, which was great since parking was very expensive! Our room was a good rate, very clean, and extremely comfortable! It is a very secure hotel. The breakfast was healthy, diverse and delicious! I’d definitely stay again!
