We stayed 2 night and 3 days at Hana Beppu. That hotel has a beautiful garden kind staff and clean rooms and nice restaurants. If you are going to Hana Beppu you'll take pleasure your vacation. One of the hotel staff can speak Korean.

Best hotel i have ever stayed”
A very new hotel with nice renovation! full of bamboo art everywhere The staff are all very friendly and helpful, especially the one serving dinner for us. Good to add JPY600 for a Yukata trial :) Love it! definitely will re-visit Hana Beppu in the future

Hotel is within 10mins walking distance, interior design is new and beautiful. Staff was nice and helpful. Both dinner and breakfast were delicous, also staff will introduce each dish to you. One minor point is the onsen is a little small, but understandable since hotel is locales in main street. Loved the stay, will for sure stay gete again if I come back to Beppu

Vacation”
Very good hotel. All service staff were courteous and helpful. Location was about a 5 minute walk to the Beppu JR train station. Very clean and relaxing. Rooms were tatami mats- no shoes not allowed in the room. Enjoyed the Onsen style bath. Breakfast was well prepared. However, you needed to specify the a time you were available to eat( ie. 7:00am) In a way, it is good because it avoids a crowded dining room and service would be optional.

Pros: The staff was amazingly helpful and polite. The hotel was beautifully designed and meticulously clean. Food was to die for. Couldn't be happier with my choice. Con: well, I guess you can't have everything. Being near the station makes it convenient, but it also means the outdoor bath was not exactly outdoors. It was really covered all on side to prevent the surrounding houses from having a peek. Minor point though.

夕方から翌朝までの短い時間でしたが、満足度の高い時間を過ごさせていただきました。 温泉もちょうどいい広さと温度、雰囲気も静かで廊下にも窓は少なく現実から離れたような新鮮でゆったりとした空間でした。なによりも利用させていただいた部屋の広さ、清潔感、充実感の全てが最高でした。

2泊しましたが大変後悔しています。部屋からの眺めは隣の家に隣接しており期待した眺めとは縁遠いものでした。案内して頂いたスタッフの女の方は義務通りの冷たい説明でした。食事の時間も場所も伝えてもらえず困惑しました。

別府へのワンディトリップで家族で伺いました。 感じの良いスタッフさんばかりで、気持ちよく過ごすことが出来ました。 お部屋は綺麗ですし広いですし、4人家族で気持ちよく寝ることが出来ました。 女性のお風呂にあった酸素風呂が気持ちよかったです。 強いて難を言うなら、駅からのロケーションでしょうか。駅からの5-6分ゆるやかな坂を上り続ける必要があります。バスなどもないようですので、徒歩旅行派の我が家は少しだけ到着までに疲れました。 それ以外は、何も言うことがないです。

整個酒店上上下下的職員都非常友善。一踏入酒店便是tatami 感覺非常整潔，早上到酒店先放下行李，下午取房時行李已在房間內。取房後會先詢問晚餐及早餐進食時間，及後會有職員帶你到房間，沿路會細心介紹酒店設施及房間內設備。晚飯時會依你進食進度安排上菜，侍應即使不懂英文但會以動作及笑容搭夠～早餐有迷你自助吧可選沙律及飲食，外面共用空間有咖啡供應。早上可再泡泡溫泉到大堂喝喝咖啡，欣賞一下庭園的景色才離開。不得不提的是酒店的真實環境與官方網站圖片是一模一樣的。位置亦非常易找，別府站西口一路走約8分鐘便到。
