Excellent Hostel”

Hao Hostel was very clean and inviting. The staff were friendly and the bunk beds were great. They are incredibly spacious and they have the privacy curtain too. They also have a nice balcony where one can relax

Clean, quiet, and convenient. ”

We started our 5 week trip here and it was a great place to ease into our trip. The private room has a balcony and is on the top floor so you get a nice view. They rent motorbikes at a reasonable rate compared to some of the other entail companies around. The hostel needs your passport as a deposit but I generally trust the staff at my accommodation to keep it safe. Within a 5-10 minute motorbike ride are multiple markets and the hostel is a 1 minute walk from a bus terminal that will take you to many different cities for cheap. All around a great accommodation with no complaints.

One of the best hostel experiences ever! Not only it's very clean, nice and cozy, it also has very comfortable beds and bed curtains. Very friendly and helpful staff and just a little walk from the Old Town.

White, Nice, and Homely!”

The location was the best! From Patong you just take a public blue bus straight to the old bus terminal, you'll see the hostel about 100 m before you reach the station. And it is just a walking distance to nice food, street arts, and malls. This hostel provides all basic facilities you'll need and is decorated in white. So simple so cute! Friendly staff as well :)

Excellent stay super kind staff”

Although i stayed only 1 night (moved from another hostel nearby) i was very pleased with my stay. Two staff one of them Watson and another young girl had given me great help & assistance without asking for anything in return. They are honest & nice people i am glad i met through my trip. Location is great as well. Thanks for everything!

Great hostel with a little kitchen and outdoor area/balcony. Was pretty sure when I was there but friendly staff and very clean! Only weird thing was the bathroom was literally right behind the reception, there was one in the third floor otherwise...

Excellent”

Stayed here since I was catching a 7 am bus from the station across the street which made for an awesome location. Hostel was very nice and extremely clean. I was the only one staying here (from what I could tell) which made it a bit eerie. When checking in the girl did not speak any English so it was hard to communicate that I had already booked and paid, even when showing my confirmation. She finally got someone on the phone to help me out.

Located in an odd area, there is not to much going on right outside the hostel. It is about a 10 minute walk to Old Town. Rooms were clean. There was only 1 other person in my dorm which was a nice surprise. A/C is on only from 5 to I think midnight, so plan your day accordingly.

Great quiet place for the hostel goer”

I stayed here 4 nights in total. For 3 of those 4 nights, I was the only guest. Each dormitory has their own bathroom. The dormitory I was on, Level 3, had a bathroom with a shared toilet, sink and shower. The water pressure was okay, but not great. The water was warm, and things were well. The pillows are quite big, so if you are use to small pillows, will take some adjustment. The rooms have lockers which they provide the keys. There is a breakfast between 8am and 10am, which serves toast and coffee. They have a full kitchen, including fridge. There are several staff members that work there, of which only one, spoke English well. They were all friendly and accomodating however. The place is incredibly clean, and quiet for the area. The beds offer curtains for privacy, as well as power and lighting. I can highly recommend the place, and would plan to stay again.

Good for a short stay”

Very clean, modern looking and minimalistic. Private room is simple but has a great balcony. Bike rental available at good prices. Staff is nice. Bathroom could be a bit better but gets the job done.

Great for Backpacker”

Stay in The old town and near the bus terminal. Easy to depart for the Airport by Airport bus. Comfortable and peaceful living. Must try by yourself.

Good for one night”

Nice place located in front of bus station. Unfortunately it is not as white as visible at the photos. We got our room at the top and it was quite hot (even it was fan room). Actually there was a mattress rather than normal bed so it wasn't so comfortable as we supposed. Free breakfast was available but unfortunately at 9 am only 2 slices of bread were available plus coffee and tea. Staff was very firendly, also tourist services available.

This was probably the most basix hostel if been to. The rooms look much brighter and cleaner on the pictures from Agoda. Everything was just decent. The staff however barely spoke any english so I had to use google translate to get information out of her.

Best Hospitality”

Rooms were clean, very plain than expected. Nothing too special, but was VERY IMPRESSED with receptionist, WANSAN. Very very hospitable, incredibly helpful and friendly.
