Large space for parking a car in front of the mobile home, air conditioning (for fee), very close to the reception and to the supermarket, walking distance to the cit center - about 30 minutes walking.

In truth, our stay at this mobile home was a big disappointment for us - part of the campsite was under construction - new hotel resort under construction, so the journey to the beach took almost 10 minutes with the children since you can not directly to the beach but have to go around the hotel. Unfortunately there was almost nowhere to buy something to eat or drink in the whole campsite - about 2 or three small stalls only, In the mobile home it was very difficult to regulate shower temperature, hot and cold water were mixing all the time, adults can stand it, but not kids. The grassy place in front of the mobile home was very uneven with a big whole, thus it was perfect for leg injuries - totally unsuitable for children. Staff was helpful - not more not less. To sum up, the price of the stay was not exactly the cheapest and the services didn´t correspond at all. Next time we will choose another campsite.

The location is great

Airco was extra cost. Internet was extra per tool and was poor quality.

Although the mobile homes are small, there is room for everything.

The Balatonfured camping is now (Jun 2022) a half construction site. Kids sand beach is dirty and become very small vs official pictures showing, playgound behind the mobile wc of a building construction. Therefore we drove daytime to a nice beach. Some restaurants disappeared due to the hotel construction, no alternative so far. Camping staff not very helpfull and kind. Happy camp mobile homes are behind the main road and gas station, means traffic 24h. Disco Saturday night was disturbing during night.

All the extras were a little bit expensive. With three kids was that a bit too much.

Location was nice, mobile house was clean.

The camp is nice, however Happy Camp is renting mobile houses on the far edge of the camp, near the road, far from beach. We were assigned to mobile house that was on direct sun, without trees. I wanted to change it, but the personnel refused although the camp was half empty (they said system assigned the places :( ). Next time I will rather book directly from the camp and not from Happy Camp (they are reselling facilities of the original camp).

Las fotos no correspondían con lo que reservé en la web de booking, cuando llegamos por la noche habíamos reservado 2 bungalows y solo nos dieron uno por un error de ellos, cuando había enviado un email, para confirmar que cuando llegáramos habría alguien para darnos la llave y decirnos cuales eran los bungalows, la persona de seguridad, nos decía que solo teníamos uno, teniendo que dormir todo el grupo malamente en un único bungalow, sin sabanas, por un error de ellos. En la página, en las fotos ademas de que no corresponden, aparece con sábanas y en la reserva en ningún momento te pregunta si necesitas sabanas, por lo que das por hecho que ya están incluidas. No lo habían limpiado, ya que nos encontramos papeles de los huéspedes anteriores y un envoltorio de comida, además de que la limpieza deja mucho que desear, la tapa del cubo de basura sucio de no haberlo limpiado en meses. Las literas eran más pequeñas de lo que aparecía en la foto y no correspondía con lo que había reservado, ya que estas correspondías a otro camping que había descartado por el mal aspecto que presentaba. Las mantas estaban con polvo y pelos de no haberlas lavado. Quise cancelar el alojamiento de los siguientes 6 días, ya que no correspondía para nada con lo que había reservado no me querían devolver el dinero y me dijeron que hablara con Booking, hablé con Booking y me dicen que son los del Happy Camp, y que me pueden hacer un bono de descuento de 25€ para usar en otro alojamiento por las molestias. Estamos muy descontentos ya que ni Booking ni el alojamiento nos devuelve el dinero. Nos sentimos estafados, ademas de las molestias de tener que buscar otro alojamiento al día siguiente, lo que nos hizo perder tiempo ademas de la incomodidad de que no pudimos casi dormir la primera noche todos en un único bungalow, cuando habíamos alquilado 2... Tomaremos medidas legales para intentar nos devuelvan el dinero.
