We booked the crib with bathtub for a night for our wedding anniversary. When we arrived after dinner, the hotel compound was quite dark and we thought it was closed. When 2 staff came out and greeted us with a warm welcome, we knew we were at the right place. We loved the decor of the place! It took us back in time to colonial days. The spacious classically-decorates library greeted us on our way to our room. It’s such a pity we didn’t have more time to lounge there. I’m sure it’ll be delightful reading on the comfy chairs or divan. Our room was small with massive wardrobe and four-poster bed, which was just fine with us. The highlight of our room is the huge wooden bathtub in the bathroom. The bathroom was as big our kitchen at home! Since it’s located in a nature park, it was very quiet. Hubby had difficulty sleeping because it was very quiet but I didn’t miss the sound of traffic or people. The serenity was a rare treat for me. The service was impeccable. We loved the little touches like the balloons on our bed, the plate of chocolate tart with a candle (an anniversary surprise), the basket of tropical fruits and the tea set with light bites of scones and sandwiches sent to our room. The breakfast menu was a decent spread of delicious breakfast essentials. We loved the coffee. Best coffee served in a hotel so far. We didn’t mind walking out of the hotel and up a flight of stairs to get to the restaurant for breakfast, but it would be nice if the restaurant was air-conditioned or have bigger fans. Then again, it’s supposed to be a tropical resort so humidity is part of the package. Overall, we were in love with our stay and wished we could stay longer. Kudos to the staff for pampering us during our stay! This was definitely a memorable 10-year wedding anniversary celebration.

I enjoyed a 5 day stay at the hotel in August and overall I had a comfortable stay and planning to book again in september. The room iniially allocated for me was bit small and when I wanted a spacious room staff was very prompt to allocate a another room. It was very easy for me to travel out due to the bus service just in front of the hotel. The small shops arond helped me to be equipped with whatever my needs for the stay and there were a few good food outlets as well. I really enjoyed the environment with green outlook, and some birds were seen in the vicinity. The location had best of bothe worlds meaning the calm and relaxed environment still with all the required facilities mainly easy acees and transport.

The service and check in was effortless and friendly. Everything was ready upon arrival. Got my keys in 5 minutes. The bed is comfortable and room is reasonable clean. Property is indeed older and bath tab seems to be patched with gum substance. I especially appreciate it's a family run hotel that doesn't encourage or allow red light activities. It makes the place cleaner and comfortable. It's a good family hotel and useful for solo travelers looking for accommodation near NUS. Walking distance to NUS Biz. The breakfast was very basic. I don't know what others mentioned about the service or staff. I found the staff and service provided to be very friendly, prompt, and helpful. I think perhaps it's how you first approach and treat them? Remember respect begets respect; if you want friendly service, make sure you are friendly and considerate. The air con in my initial room wasn't cold even after the first 2 hours though but switched room which had a fan and was a little better. Would stay here again if I was visiting NUS and needed accommodation near by. Especially like being able to walk to NUS and take the internal bus shuttle. Also like the convenience of breakfast despite being very basic. Overall, it's a good 2 star hotel. Much better than my experience when I booked at the 3 Star Venue Hotel in Joo Chait. (Didn't know it was a red light hotel with thin wall which could hear all the sounds of the neighbors through the night.) Thankful that Pasir Panjang Inn was very different. The room is very quiet at night for a good rest. Some renovation could help the Inn. The only other gripe I have about the place is that the hallway and my initial room 303, had a strong smoke smell.

exactlly 2star price & 5 star services! i actually wanted to book fragrance - royal because some technical probs my booking in agoda reflected fragrance - ocean view. eventually the young manager in fragrance waterfront whom extremely efficient and helpful assisted me and my friends to settle shortly which we very much appreciated. also very friendly and helpful to assist us on the wrong booking. this is not the first time i booked this hotel for my tourist friend because of the convenient location & clean room, i happy to continuous recommend this hotel to other friends in the future.

the ambiance of the hotel is quite soothing and it helps me relax from my flight. it also helps me rejuvenate and gives me the energy to explore right away the beauty of singapore. when we first arrived in the hotel, i quickly notice the hospitality of the hotel staff. they quickly picked up my luggage with being ask to. this really stuck me because most of my experience with hotel staff are not nice. when we got to our room, the room is nice and pleasant. the necessities of the room is quite complete. the food in the hotel is also nice too. we enjoyed the breakfast at the hotel before going out to the streets of singapore. the main reason that i chose this hotel is that it is at the heart of singapore. most of the attractions are near the hotel. the sentosa is just 10-15 mins walk away and we really enjoyed the strolling from the hotel to sentosa. overall, i really enjoyed my stay to this terrific hotel.

My stay here was absolutely lovely. The staff are always helpful and friendly with warm smiles on their faces, and they even prepared a thoughtful farewell token for me. It made all the difference in creating a memorable stay. Everything was super convenient, and I loved that I could get deliveries sent right to my room without any hassle! Everything is spotless and well-maintained, and I was so satisfied during my stay. I am also a stickler for cleanliness in rooms and bathrooms, and my skin is super sensitive to dust and dirt. But not once did I experience any irritation and everything was truly pleasant and immaculate. Kudos to housekeeping! The bed is extremely clean and comfortable, and the cable TV offers a wide range of programmes. The kitchenette is handy and well-furnished too. The air-conditioning is excellent and well-maintained, and during my stay, there was even pest-control maintenance which gave me peace of mind that the place was completely pest-free. The view was fantastic and the place is peaceful and calming. I loved the experience and will definitely be back. 5 stars for sure!
