Strategic location. In front of the building tram stop just less than 1 minutes walking distance. Near to Southern Cross Station easy to take Sky Bus to/from Avalon airport. Nearby to all attractions. Facilities very good and clean. Satisfied with the services given. Receptionist also helpful. There are few halal foods nearby it just around 10-15 minutes walking distance. Overall everything good. Will come back next time and really recommended to others.

Great Accommodation and Central”
Harbourview is a great centrally located apartment building minutes from Southern Cross. 500m from Marvel Stadium and around 800m walk to Queen Vic Markets. A short stroll down Latrobe will take you to Melbourne Central Shopping precinct. A1 service from apartment staff. Beautiful view from a balcony if you chose a room with a view and facing Spencer street or Latrobe. Definitely will continue to stay here again and again as I have done so in the past.

Stayed 6 nights in a 2 bedroom studio , great location near trams,trains, shopping, most comfortable bed I've slept in, water pressure was amazing, easy check in, would definitely stay again!

This hotel has so many things going for it. A kitchen with Coles 24 hours supermarket a couple of hundred meters away, the rooms are good security, quiet and tidy, proximity to Spencer St station and so central to everything in Melbourne. Less than a 10 minute walk in any direction.

Hotel is only less than 5 mins walking distance to Southern Cross Station where Skybus from Airport stops there (25-30 mins distance). Kitchen, bathroom have everything you need. Free tram zone to travel inside Melbourne City. Everything is perfect.

Spacious and neat apartments. The building location is very nice -- close to Southern Cross Station, Queen Victoria Market and most attractions in Melbourne CBD. A tram stop is just in front of the building. Situated in a less busy spot of the city. Very accommodating staff. Despite the units being old, the facilities are well-tended. Clean toilets and very comfortable beds. Will definitely book again.

I spent 15 night at this apartment/hotel check in was fast an easy my apartment was a good size,bathroom was as WELL WiFi was strong an fast housekeeping comes in every day to change towels,,,if you want your apartment cleaned let reception know ,they will inform housekeeping The STAFF wear always helpful ,they try to help it they CAN I will stay HERE again.

checking in fast easy ,room ready before checking time! Checking out fast and easy the guy was very professional ! apartment was a good size needs a update on pots and pans but still ok to use bathroom was a good size and lots of hot water wifi great and fast housekeeping came every day too change towels,soap coffee and tea towels wear off high quality it's up to you too keep your apartment clean!! location is great walking to Vic market easy skybus the same if the price is right for you stay HERE all the staff are very helpful especially the guy who check us out
