      Had a great stay at the Hard Rock hotel. Things I loved: * Great ambiance. * Great choice of music at the poolside and at the restaurant * Breakfast spread was excellent, lots of options! * Beds were super comfortable! * Bottled water and baby food is complimentary and unlimited * Must mention - Mr Mehraj and his helpful nature. (We had heard a lot about him from several reviewers, and he is indeed extremely nice) Things I didn't like: * Too hard to find, especially if you are driving a car. Even after following the route on Google Maps, I had to go around the Calangute circle/KFC area at least 5 times before I could find the very narrow road leading to the hotel. There should at least be a significantly noticeable signboard indicating the route. * The much-advertised "Sound Of Your Stay" feature, which promises to stream music directly to rooms was not operational. * Rooms tend to feel claustrophobic due to the black blinds and generally small sized rooms.

      the location of the hotel is very deceiving, the beach is quite far off and the walk to the beach s not a pleasant one. The hotel pool staff were not very kind, we are an Indian family and the refused to allow my child to use the pool because she had on a shorts and T shirt. Room allocated to us for at the far end of the hotel and the one lift was not working.

      Before going I had browsed many other options , Few of recommendation and reviews changed my perception, it's the best property if you going solo or family with kids must say it's one of the best property so far in goa , location good , staff good, , food quality good,ambience excellent .

      Staff are very friendly and helpful, good location, nice public areas, modern and spacious rooms. Overpriced bar £16 for 2 cocktails, rooms needed a deep clean as daily cleaning was not enough, left feeling disappointed and not up to Hard Rock standards.

      I arranged my brothers 30th surprise party in Goa and Hard Rock was the hotel I decided to select. I am thrilled I did as the duty manager Kalpesh and his team looked after us so well my brother had a birthday surprise to remember. Hard Rock is a fabulous hotel and all of the team there were a pleasure to meet and next time we are in Goa this is the only place we will stay. Thank you all and keep up the great work.       Nice property, newly opened and all facilities are new. Nice swimming pool, bar area with live music every night. Live singer on Wed night was amazing. Food at breakfast was excellent, particularly the live eggs, french toast, and Dosa Stations. Only suggestion is that the hotel could have provided bath robes.

      The hotel was tucked away inside an ally but that meant guest would enjoy a peaceful time away from the partying along the beach. The hotel was well maintained and clean and the staff were generally friendly. Enjoyed the stay overall.

      We arrived at the Hard Rock after spending a few days elsewhere in Goa for a wedding. The majority of our stay here was good. There however were a few issues. One of the main issues was loud music being played past midnight. Being on the first floor didn't help as the dj/pool was right outside our room. The wifi cut out/wouldn't connect daily but the staff were helpful in resetting the router promptly. Another issue was the AC. It would seem to reset through the night and make a really loud BANG, we had 3 rooms and all of us encountered this. We were told is was a general problem in the area but Ibis 5 minutes didn't have this issue when we stayed there a week earlier. All in all I'd rate it 6/10, I'd love to go and stay there in the future. The staff do really look after you here.

      MARVELOUS”
      My stay at the Hard Rock was phenomenal! Extremely clean and well stocked room. They even upgraded me to a suite for no reason. The breakfast was fantastic and very well varied, both Indian and western cuisine. Also the staff was exceptional, everyone was so friendly and helped me with any little issue I had. I would recommend this to anyone who wants luxury with a mellow atomosphere in Goa.

      Lovely place to spend Christmas ”
      We had a great few days here over Christmas and I wanted to thank the staff for being really welcoming and helpful. We arrived exhausted at 7am from a night travelling and were shown straight to our room. Whenever we rung the front desk or asked for room service everything arrived really quickly. The room was clean and a good size, bathroom had a huge shower. Food was great whether in the restaurant, room service or the pool bar and drinks weren't expensive at all for a nice hotel. It's not a huge hotel but it had everything we needed and the size made it more friendly. I've only given it 4 out of 5 for location as I didn't like Calangute much - but having said that it's pretty central for Goa and you can find everything you need.

      Fantastic modern hotel in the centre of Calangute ”
      Great staff. Very clean, modern room and pool area. A good range of songs played at the pool / bar all day, making it a relaxed setting. Good location, walking distance from Calangute beach. Only downside is if you arrive at the end of the breakfast session, there isn't much of a selection left and not enough seats / cutlery or glasses.

      Not beach side, but good location in a side lane. Excellent staff and maintenance, rooms okay size, very narrow corridors and confusing layout. Great huge pool. No live music and quite dead on Sat night.

      Our stay at the Hard Rock Hotel Goa was simply amazing, the staff were out of this world, the food was consistently outstanding, the hotel decor and rooms are built for comfort and the location for us was again perfect, I cannot wait to book our next visit.

      Price,Location and services
      We were staying in the delux room of this hotel ! The room was quite big and having all necessary room ameneties like plazma television,mini bar,hot and cold shower,air con etc and all were in good working conditions ! Food was okay but we feel it was little bit expensive ! However,there are many options available for all,within walkable distance,which is cheap and fresh ! As all are aware that Calangute beach is the most popular and crowdy beach among the beaches of Goa ! Rest all was well and will definately stay here again in future !

      Friendliness of staff, cleaniess of room
      The service levels of the staff needs to be upgraded seriously especially when Hard Rock Cafe is going in. The responses from the staff are usually very abrupt. For example, we have put on the privacy light and yet when the laundry staff came they knock continuously and then went on to call us through the phone. Also the dinning and bar options closed too early at 11pm even on a weekend, which is not acceptable being a resort area where people are on holidays. Third the standard of upkeep of amenities in the room is not consistent, one day the coffee and teas are missing another day the bath towels were missing. Its not big deal but if they want to be a true 5 star and a "Hard Rock Cafe" hotel, they will need serious improvements. Especially in customer service. Suggest you guys get external help to buff this area up in time for Hard Rock!Q

      The staff - extremely sweet, courteous and helpful. The rooms - clean, spacious and value for money,. However limited food options for a five star.
      They made it special with a complimentary cake for my birthday and even with arranging our transport to accommodating a late check out. 5 star truly on staff and service. However food could have been better. But will definitely recommend this hotel to all.

      It was a good stay compare to other hotels I. The area. They have best staff and quick service and loved their food but a lot of muskitos in the room and we asked them to get rid of them which they did but I guess it's the season for muskitos but overall stay was good!!

      Nice - but the rooms have a lot of sunlight coming in through out d day starting early morning - which makes you get up very early in the morning , on the other hand the room's internal bulbs and lights are too dim for any normal person .. So new curtains for blockin the early morning natural light and more illumination inside the room is recommended .
