overall very good, every time I go Hatyai i stay in this hotel. i have stayed 6-7 time. if you really want a deep sleep, then merridian is the best. & their shower , the water pressure is very strong & the hot water

All the staff very friendly...location also near hatyai city only 5 minute driving to lee garden plaza and 10 minute to asian night market...but the hotel need to upgrade about facilities such as iron,hair dryer and hope the hotel management will provide some halal food Overall im happy staying there

Price , big room big bed”
It's an old building, but you cant complain for the price you've paid. Big bed, big room, bath tub equipped and aircond is wokring fine, those are the things i need for a stay. Close to famous eateries such as Chok Dee Tae Tiam, Pork Leg rice, Gan Eng Restaurant, and others There's a food street behind the hotel, and a 7-11 convenient store, neednt' to walk far to fill your stomach. The owner even kind enough to allow me to check in early as it's 9am in the morning. Cons : -Some ppl find it "far" as it's 800m/10mins walk to the lee garden -1km walk to the night bazaar/Asean Trade Centre -1km walk to the Kim yong market -Sound proof is poor, at least it's not an issue for me -Limited parking spaces available, ask the hotel's staff where to park your vehicle. -Deposit of passport(one person's) , i'm sure there are people who are not comfortable for this one, but i find it pretty common during my visits to thai

The staff is very friendly. Easy to get halal food there because the restaurants only situated near the hotel but quite far from the central Hatyai. The hotel offer spacious room and very comfortable.

It is far from lee garden and market area however that is a lot tuk-tuk around this hotel. Walk distance 15 to 20 min to market area. Tuk-tuk fees 20 bath per person to market area in within 3km. Hotel clean and friendly staffs.

Room is spacious, come with bathtube, fridge, hair dryer and some basic toiletries. Daily housekeeping provided. Quite a distance from lee garden town centre, but still walking distance for me. i walk to there everyday. Alot eatery nearby this hotel and massage parlor also cheap. 200b for thai/oil massage. Overall is a good stay in here.

Nice, comfortable, spacious”
Pros: 1. Room spacious 2. King size bed 3. Sitting toilet with bidget (pipe with hose) + shower + tub : water pressure & hot water function well 4. Got fridge in room 5. Early check in (around 10.45am Thai time) with no additional charge 6. HALAL muslim restaurant in front of the hotel 7. 7-11 convenient store within walking distance 8. Accessible by grab & numerous tuktuk Cons: 1. Snacks & drinks in room cost 20THB to 50THB (BE ALERT, unless you willing to pay) 2. Minimal toileteries - shower gel, shampoo and cap only 3. Room with balcony (no stunning scenery😂) - it was locked

Quiet hotel not far from town”
We are 3 in a group and stayed 3 nights. Quiet hotel about 20 mins walk to Lee Gardens and 25 mins walk to Greenway night market. Tuk tuk is easily available. Some eating stalls nearby and there's a 7-11 about 5 mins walk. Hotel is a bit old and had funky smell when we walk through the hallway and into our room but we grown accustom to it the next day. Room is adequate in size and beds are comfortable. We get clean towels everyday although we wish they could give a ore tiny pieces of soap & shampoo. Hotel staff are friendly. Beware that the hotel will add a 3% charge if you pay by credit card. It was not mentioned anywhere when we book.

Stays was good unfortunately there’s a few need to be improve. 1. Provide ashtray in room that can smoking outside 2. Put phone inside room if there’s something needed 3. Staff a little bit rude while bring us inside our room by stepping the bed area with his shoes on 4. Balcony a little bit dirt That’s all. Others service was superb with affordable night stay. Staff recommended few halal place and tuktuk service.

Need to walk or take tuk tuk to Lee Garden, Tuk tuk: 20 baht/person to lee garden If by motorbike: 30 baht/person to lee garden Food wise...nearby food need to walk around 8 to 10 minutes to reach a good restaurant... Massage...also need walk around 10 minutes +..imagine...after massage still need walk back to hotel....unless you are ok to try the massage opposite of the hotel

Place - hotel location a bit far to town, but still convenience to call tuk tuk & grab car Clean - 4 stars , overall clean, got daily upkeep Communication - Chinese & friendly =) Facilities - Overall okay, if hotel can standby more umbrella to client in rainy day much be easier *worth to stay as budget type, will come back again in next visit*
