Great staff, Very clean, Quiet safe location ”

A little far from hat yai town center, is on south edge, but just 3 minutes' walk to Sakura Hotel for great massages and buffet breakfast. You can enter hotel/lobby from the back through the carpark or front. As you exit from the hotel's front entrance, walk left and turn left around the corner, walk straight ahead (towards the city center), you will pass a few street foods and eating shops all along the right opposite side of the road. You will find delicious and non-tourist priced thai food - noodles, mixed rice, and dim-sum. You must try the famous one that has the best wantan noodles and chicken/duck/pork rice - it is behind the Hatyai Rama hotel, as you walk straight towards Sakura Hotel, just before the opposite of the hotel on the right, in a small lane (left side of the lane).

More than expectation”

I was very impressive from many reasons. The most important one was that I lost my wallet and hotel staff found it dropped in the room. The staff returned it to me with everything is still in wallet. I also used room service to order food, the taste was very nice especially Thai food, strongly recommend to those who are going to stay at this hotel. Also, I got the chance to stay at the newly renovated room. It was new and clean. With this price, I definitely go back to stay at Hatyai Rama again when I have a chance to visit Hatyai.

Good Location ”

The location is good; whereby the the walking distance to Lee Garden Mall, Kim Yong Market, Diana Shopping Mall, and Hatyai Train Station is approximately 10 minute walk. Room was clean and breakfast buffet is only available if there are many guest residing in the hotel during your stay, otherwise its toast bread and fried egg; which is not bad. The only con would be the sound of traffic due the main road stretched along the hotel.

Great stay pleasant journey”

It was a pleasant stay in Hatyai Rama. This is my 5th stay at the hotel. Why i chosed Hatyai Rama? It's location actually. Easy access to convenient store, not far fro Lee Gardens & the big is quite big for couple.

Clean adn nice hotel”

Hotel a bit old. Stayed 3D/2N on 5th Floor room 512 furthers away from main road traffic noise. Bed was a bit hard but generally comfy and room was very clean. 10 minutes walk to city center and discovered many delicious and reasonably priced food outlets nearby. 15 min walk to Diana shopping mall and 20 min to Asean Trade Baazar huge night market. Only con:Slight annoyance hearing continuous sharp whistle blowing from basement car park attendant guiding car park. Should consider not to use whistle at all.

Well worth the stay!”

Location is good but in a quiet part of the central area, it's a nice stroll down to the main shopping street and bus drop-off points. Bed was a little too hard for my liking but otherwise the stay was pleasant. Staff were friendly and helpful, check-in was done in a blink of an eye, and I didn't expect the WiFi to be that good, but overall it was well worth the price I paid for the "Mystery Hotel" deal that I extended another night.

Good choice for budget stay... ”

we stay at there for 1 night... is a good choice for budget staying... the staff will help in anything although they r not so fluent in english... love the thai massage at there... only 300baths for 2 hours... big room with clean environment... will go there again when our next trip to hatyai...

Great as before”

It was awesome, with friendly staff, what else you want from a hotel? I can even changed the room to queen bed room from single bed. The staff there so friendly. My wife left her watch but when we comeback, the staff there gave her watch right before we go back home.

Everything Still OK”

Everything is still ok if u plan to stay in Hatyai town center with cheaper price. Staff can speak very well Mandarin. There is quite easy if your trip got old folks. Clean and Comfort.

If yau came on sunday must be more carefully for take transportation tuk tuk more expansive just pay 200bat dont ask how much Because their no sunday more tourist came.bring Hat yai map if you go for side see.

Lovely and Friendly Hotel.”

this is the first time we check in this hotel which is a little bit far from lee garden hotel, but to our surprise the hotel is very clean as compared to our previous hotels. the room is big, clean and comfortable environment. the massage centre is a 1st floor provide good service. opposite is florida hotel. if our rate is inclusive of breakfast will be better. we will come back again on our next trip.

Stay there for 3 nights. Great location, walkable to the city centre(tuk-tuk is also available). Room is large and clean + staff are very nice and helpful. Reasonable price++

Rama hotel for us is satisfied but should more upgrading to be a good standard with more nice interior for guess happy to stay as 3 star hotel level..😊😊😊
