Hi there, Just a short friendly notice for our lovely guests that we are a friendly neighborhood homestay, not a hotel /resort. The neighbors next door are residences here. There are some rules that need to be followed. 1. No smoking allowed. 2. No pets allowed. 3. No durian allowed 4. Noise: As neighbours surround our property, we would appreciate if you could keep noise down after 10pm if possible. We hoping for your understanding. :)

The studio is ok. The facility is fine. Ample parking but a bit difficult to drive up parking space at level 5.

Could improve better, the extra bed pillow they give like kids pillow. There is rotten food in the microwave, we just throw away thinking are they clean the house thoroughly? The house is lil smelly, should put room refreshers ambi pur or something. The hot water is good, hot enough. Aircond problem on the last day. Overall is OK but could improve better.
