A lot of small flying insect in room. About 6-7 lights are not working, called them thy said never mind is not that dark untill cant see at all . Shower head water is very slow

Worth accomodation, only takes 5 minutes by walk trough the tunnel to get the Mines mall. However, the refund deposit cannot proceed to other bank account except Malaysian.

before this i ada booking from agoda and then i nak cancel balik tak boleh so i nak minta refund balik duit i cause i tak check in pon dekat situ but duit i dah transfer dekat heritage so please refund my money balik !! kalau tak i buat report about hotel heritage thanks :) dah lama tunggu kata duit akan masuk balik sampai sekarang takde nak makan duit orang pon agak2 lah ye

Very nice aparment with lots of space! The aparment itself was great. I didn't quite like the ambience before coming into the apartment though. The aparment complex seemed like a partially unused complex, with very empty parking lots. It doesn't give out an ambience of safety at night.

The unit is just nice for us. Clean and has all that we needed. There was some confusion during check-in but it was promptly resolved. We will definitely go back
