They have a big room for 3 of us, easy to park your car. Tuk tuk will wait for you every morning in front of the hotel which is located about 1.5km from the city centre shopping attractions. They have the faster WiFi connections in a room. They also have big LCD TV and standard size mini bar to keep your food if any inside. They also have 3 to 4 plug points to charge your devices too. It's located a bit out of City but not far because I faced a hard time to find this place since this is the first time I been to Hat Yai and by own car. This hotel is not listed in the Google maps and in the travelers map provided but thanks to the New Season friendly staff who guided me to this hotel. Overall, I'm very satisfied with this hotel, it's cleanliness of their room, the mini bar especially and the bathroom. Definitely is the best choices for who travels with family. Strategic Location And Spacious Parking Lots”

First, thanks agoda for helping me change the date. Agoda mobile apps got problem when I booking the hotel online. Call costumer service. First, the CS inform that the date cannot change. But he try to figure out. He called the hotel and hotel graciously allow to change date without extra cost. This give me a good impression of this hotel. Hotel situated in the center of Hat Yai city. Easy to access all tourist attraction. I came with car so the parking lot was very helpful. It was secure as it was in confine space of hotel area and there are someone who looking out at your car 24 hours. Whats make it more secure is, it reception was just beside parking lot and lift. The hotel was very clean and new. They also provide small refrigerator and sterilize glass inside. The only downside of this hotel is they don't provide cattle in each room. So if you had a baby and need hot water you had to go down to reception counter to get the hot water. Hope the hotel will provide it in future

If you are self-driving to Hat-yai, this hotel is definitely a recommended 1. The price is very reasonable and the room is very clean. Tuk-tuk service is available downstairs if you are not driving. So travels shouldn't be much problem too. We stayed for 2 nights, they clean the room and replenish the mineral water. every day. Really good service!

The hotel have ample space for guests to park cars. The room is clean and toiletries were provided, so you dont have to bring any. The location is not far from city, and sit at the side of the main road, easy access to go out of and into Hat Yai. Recommended for road trips!

Room condition and facilities all good. Room come with toothbrush, shampoo/bath gel, bottled drinking water, fridge, hair dryer, TV. It also have a big parking compound, definitely suitable for those come with car. There is a convenient store beside this hotel. However it is not in town centre, therefor it is not crowded and happening as Lee garden area. It is good for you to have a good rest/sleep after whole day tiring schedule in Hat Yai.

We had a great holiday in Hat Yai. The room is clean, well equipped and spacious. We really satisfied once we entered the room as it met our expectation. The good things about this hotel were we are not charged for early check in (which was at 11 am) and the receptionist never bother to keep our passport and room's key. They also have convenient shop. Tuk tuk also always available at any time.

If you are looking for a clean, non-luxury and affordable price, Hi Season Hotel is the place! The hotel is NOT somewhere near lee garden or market area, but tuk-tuk is easy to get, and it will only cost you around 20 Baht per person to get to town. There is a convenience store (similar to 7 Eleven) next to the hotel.

overall the experience was okay. although this hotel is a bit far from central hat yai,it is still considered worth it, as the fare to town by tuks-tuks will only fare around thb30 per person each trip. the rooms are very spacious, large bed and high speed internet connection inside the room. the tv has got almost 60-70 channels. although i reckoned you will be staying in the room for most of the time during your holiday. the staffs were not able to converse in english properly, so that might pose a bit of a problems. getting halal food around the area was also a hassle; there is a stall next door selling muslim food,however the price was totally unreasonable. its better if you just go to town and find food. there is a small convinience store just next to the hotel, you can get most of the essentials and food supplies over there. even the store cashier speaks better english than the hotel staffs.

We have a good stay in Hi Season Hotel. We arrived a bit early and they allow us for early check in. Room is clean and spacious. There is a parking space provided. Lot of tv channel including tv3 malaysia. 😂 Wifi very fast. Overall good stayed.

I really have a good stay in this hotel as the room are big and the service given by the hotel personnel are nice. I can check in earlier as I supposed to, without extra chargers. Booking thru agoda.com are really friendly user and affordable. Good location eventhough bit far from the hatyai city but have given me enough rest without hearing the hustle and bustle from the town area. As a muslim treveller, it is very easy for me to get halal food as the muslim restaurant are not far from the hotel serving nice and tasty food. Below the hotel located the convenient shop and saloon and easy to get tut tut which stationed infront of the hotel. Overall I enjoyed staying at hi season hotel, hatyai.

Perfect for Hat Yai”

hi season hotel was a great find! it was perfectly located in the center of hat yai and the rooms were clean. would stay there again if i ever come back. there is a supermarket and a small cafeteria downstairs which came in handy. depend on sign language though - nobody speaks english in this entire city.

Strategic, Clean, Affordable ”

Strategic location : took grab/tuktuk to any places which is not far away from hotel. So the grab prices is not too expensive. Clean : the hotel still in new condition. The bed, toilet, wardrobe is in good condition. Towels, mineral water, fridge, hanger, toothpaste, is provided. Everything is provided except the iron. Not sure if hotel have it or not cause i brought mine. The hotel has minimarket which Microwave can be use. And ya the room is cleaned daily! Affordable : the price is not too expensive compared with other hotels i’ve been searching before, this one has affordable prices with A+ quality! Extra : At first, i asked if the triple room can fit for 4people, they say can with no extra charges! But then we book another room with queen bed bcos we’re 5. Cons : during my trip, i arrived at hotel about 2pm, the hotel is under construction (renovation i guess) outside the building. It’s a bit disturbing for awhile. But at night the construction is discontinued! Ok!

I’ve stayed in several hotels in Hat Yai previously and this one is the best so far. Avoid Lee Garden Plaza hotel. This one will keep your wallet fat. Comfortable spacious and clean rooms, easy parking and easy checking in/out.

Everything is value the money except location”

It locate in between hatyai downtown and the coffee shop area. If your intention to hatyai is local street food then suggest to stay in nearby Lee garden hotel. If you are looking for cafe hopping, Hi Season is definitely your choice assessing from the value itself. After all it satisfy me although we walked 20000 steps per day! ( it is my own choice tho because we don’t want to spend on tuktuk!)

It was my first time in Hatyai and I was very impress with Hi season hotel. Fast Check-in/out. The hotel room is quiet big and clean. The hotel provide high speed Internet wifi and it is free of charge.A lot of parking spaces with 24/7 securtity. For me this hotel is best value for money. We enjoy our stay at Hi-Season Hotel, in fact, we had extended for another night. Room was very clean,friendly staff and free wi-fi for gusests. Had good food at very reasonable price at the hotel's restaurant. A must try!!! especially the sweet and sour fried snapper fish....

i went for sightseeing, only 2 nights because hat yai highlights a rather limited i liked the waterfall about 20 km from hat yai opposite is a simple pub, the manager (amy) can speak english.
