Reasonable hotel as local to family ”
It’s the third time We stayed here, but the hotel is still in the sixties, the decor is so outdated, the rooms are like Victorian days, the pool was dirty and didn’t let my child near it, seemed to be a young kids evening meeting point, there was no hot water in room for 3 days then we arrived and was requested to turn both bath and shower on same time to get hot water. The breakfast was a joke, they didn’t seem to know what scramble egg was, charged you for fresh juice, coffee was packets, no bread for toast. No ice in hotel in evenings for a cool drink in room. It’s a shame as with some much needed renovations to update and make it fresh again this will be a super hotel and worth better grades,. The staff were ok and tried to help but seemed to be happy on the mobile most of the time. No WiFi in rooms, only in reception which was poor as best. Hope they update soon and spend some much needed money on it, as can be nice.

This hotel was old and the rooms smelled old. The staff told me they had hot water but I left it running for a while and it never came. It only cost around $30.00 USD so you get what you pay for.

Too expensive”
The hotel looked grand but when we got to the room, although grand looking at first turned out to have a "tired" look upon it. The super high ceiling and small airconditioner unit made the room warm and it took many hours to cool down. The bathroom shower room floor was slippery when wet without an anti slip mat. The shower itself felt mouldy and slippery. Management should do something about this.

We checked-in in a double superior room, there was no water and aircon was not functioning We were transferred to another room … no toiletries, no floor mats and aircon seems not functioning well Total disappointment

Wi Fi is available at lobby area only. Water in bathtub runs very poor so that it took two hours to fill up the bathtub. Breakfast has to be chosen among the limitted menu. Desk is small and dark in th room It is not good enough to work with computer in the room. The only advantage is hotel is far located from the highway, so that there was no disturbance of traffic noise.

Toilet didnt work,no toilet paper,no tissues,no water,no toothbrushes.Very old and tired place..Marcos era by the looks.If anybody reading this could see where i've been with Agoda ,you would see i've stayed in hundreds of hotels around the world ! This place is singularly the worst hotel i've been to by far !! 3 words only...DONT GO THERE !!!

The shower hot water didn't work. We told the staff before we leave. It takes about 40 minutes for them to serve the simple breakfast we ordered. We hope they can serve breaksfast more promptly. Thanks

Extremely Poor Amenities”
WiFi is only available in the hot hotel lobby because the lobby has NO AC. Security is very poor with many unlocked entrance or exit doors. Room AC is almost ceiling level which is almost 24 feet high that is why the room is hot. Hotel lobby is almost 1000 feet away from main road and clients have to walk a long roughly paved with no shed walkway. Room keys are not magnetic yet. There seems to be a few regular employees only. Most staff are OJT personnel. This hotel needs an urgent UPGRADING. We’ll never book this hotel again.

Terrible hotel”
should check the 3 star rating as this is a very run down hotel with Staff who do not care. We had breakfast included but they tried to charge us. The hotel is dirty and should not be on list. They have a lot of rules and regulations if you leave your A/C on whenyou leave the room they charge you extra. A/C is our suite was very small capacity and the room was very hot.

Was not good wi fi barely works have to go to lobby No maintenance. Doors broken electrical exposed. Poor service in all areas did not cleans rooms all employees hang out in lobby but not working
