Great stay with only a little room for improve”

Hilton Garden Inn Kuala Lumpur offered us convenient stay relatively close to the city center. Our first room on 6th floor could've been taken better care by room cleaner the room was handed to us – we didn't find this an issue though as we requested a room change after couple of nights due to very loud families on the same floor, next to our rooms. The staff handled this situation with total respect and very professionally – we got a new room the next day from the 8th floor. Little bit bigger, therefore better for us and it was completely clean as well. Great service! The South tower has very lovely rooftop bar with relatively high prices (partially even higher than on rooftop bar in Marini's on 57 – luxury bar with dress code and very valuable location) but more than acceptable pool facilities that we enjoyed of quite a few times. The breakfast served downstairs in the North tower was very unimpressive with lot of deep fried foods lacking the fresh options.

Great deal, great sleep and even marvelous staffs”

Initially we had some trouble with the booking, we were frustrated when we arrived. But the front manager, I think his name is Gerald (might be wrong) came up to us and assure us that he will take care of us and sort out the bookings. He has this great smile and immediately we felt great comfort despite being distressed the night before. The bed and sleep were excellent. Our room was bit dusty but when we asked the room service and he cleaned it up beautifully and we had no trouble after that. During breakfast the service manager and staffs were so attentive and offers us smiles and services consistently. Despite being a budget hotel, there’s definite not a “budget” service. Fast service”

It was super nice stay. I went there to check in with my boyfriend and they do not ask so many question and the process was quite fast. Went to the room and everything was super clean. As for room service, they told me that i can order any food and need to pay by cash. For me, i prefer cash rather than to charges on my credit card. Tq hilton garden inn for 3 days!

Great atmosphere”

I was staying at Hilton North - two buildings away from south - south has the pool at the top of its building but you have access to it. I truly recommend to access the pool and the rooftop bar as the view is amazing - you can see both petronas towers and menara kl. Hotel is in the heart of the city, a lot of shops are neraby. A few meters away you may also find a great market with food and fruits ;)

It was nice stay at Hilton Garden Inn KL. They have clean room, value for money and good staff. And I really like their croissant in the breakfast buffet, one of my fav. Thank u. Hope I can stay there again in my next visit

booking during CMCO, Hotel have a big discount. South tower has closed and moves to the north tower. Room quite small but I'm requesting KLCC view but only see a little bit KL tower. Sky bar is open and enjoying the red wine there. the pillow is too soft not really good to sleep,bed is not bad. During CMCO no breakfast buffet but have to choose what package, can collect the breakfast at the dining room by yourself , the breakfast is not bad. we didn't parking inside since saw a lot of bad comment, we just parked at the roadside. Will come again if have a chance at future

Delivering more than what we paid”

I think this hotel gives you more than what you spend. Bearing Hilton name, this hotel not dissapoint you. Clean, new crisp linen is comfortable enough for a good night rest, cute Crabtree& Evelyn toiletries are differentiation that offered by HGI surely appreciated by female guests. Small gym is great for ones who needs daily exercises. I like how reception handled customer enquiry on toothbrush and can have authority to decide result that makes customer happy, small things matter in hospitality industry. Location wise is is nearby SOGO and lrt. Although not my favourite neighbourhood for walking at night with this great pricing point is acceptable. Great plus point GO KL bus is at your door step! It goes to KL sentral. If we come late at night we prefer to use grab, which is very convenient. Its nearby Kampong Bahru too with plenty of food.

Cny holiday trip”

As usual, first reaching to the hotel we will go to the frontdesk first for checkin. And as usual there is the friendly frontdesk name Nas. Never fail to smile and serve us with polite. And how do i know his name. Coz its not the first time i booked this hotel for holiday. Its one of my favourite so far. 😊 Next stop is the room. Always the best room. Clean and as what i wanted it to be. The bed is cosy. So not much i can comment. Next stop is the breakfast. Not that i say its not good. But can be better. Not much of a choice there. But still okay. If you plan to go on a trip to kl. Sure to book the hotel. Super value of the money and location not far from their monorail. Easy access i can say. Overall i rated it as a good deal. Will sure to book this hotel again. 👍

staying in because Recomended by vlogger but i wrongly choose north hotel, next visit perhaps to stay in south hotel.overall the hotel seem clean n staff very friendly and polite..breakfast considered as okay even not so much choices but still tasty especially their danishes The cons: -parking space very limited and hotel lift only reach basement 1 not basement 2. -Grab refuse to take passengers on peak hour

Excellent New Hotel - Clean, strategically placed and well up to the Hilton standard”

I had stayed for the first time for one night in this hotel. Greeted warmly by Mr.Calvin at the reception counter. I initially booked a single bed room for my short business trip here in KL, I had my room upgraded for free to a king-sized bed which I highly appreciate. My room was on the 14th floor, the view from my room was magnificent overlooking Kg.Baru area and KLCC. The room was squeaky clean, equipped with a mini fridge, a large LED TV, ironing facility. and other useful amenities apart from the very soft and comfortable bed. The room is equipped with a shower with a strong water pressure despite being at the 14th floor. Air conditioning was functioning well. The buffet breakfast was also excellent with very helpful staff. All-in-all, I had a very good experience staying in this hotel. I will certainly stay in this hotel in the future, perhaps for my holiday with my family. Kudos to the staff and management team. - Dr.Manaf

Value for money”

Great location, can easily access to any tourist attraction by grabcar & taxi. The room is big & clean. Staff are friendly especially Zhu Qin. Thanks Hilton for the nice stay 😘

Hilton brand at affordable price”

The room is very cosy, decor is done according to Hilton Garden Inn's global standard. Breakfast is superb fr the price & variety. The bazaar stall along the walkway is an eyesore & block the hotel entrance frm street view. The main road is usually super jam day/night. If you happen to park your car park below, prepare to be greeted by the awful smell, other than the above, we had a good stay.

One night stay”

Comfortable bed and clean room but very basic which is expected. Staff were nice. Hilton south and north is located next to each other so that was rather confusing at first since its managed differently. Poor bath towel quality for a hilton chain and air condition wasnt working well at night, it was warm and temperature was set at 21 and can only be lowered manually by calling the maintenance staff. However by that time my sleep was already interrupted so cant say i had a good night sleep. Location is great in the heart of the city.

The hotel was accommodative and provided a queens size bed. No swimming pool in Hilton North, to swim need to go to Hilton South. During construction of Hilton South, they should have done a bridge to connect both the building, instead of walking to the main road, then to the hotel south to the top floor for a swim. Bad management planning

Still room for improvement - great front desk”

When we checked in our room, I discovered that the area under our bed had not been cleaned out properly and there were: 1. One half of a bedroom slipper 2. Bottlecaps from mineral water bottles 3. Used tissues I had to call the front desk to request for housekeeping to come over again. On our 3rd day, we were getting ready to leave for a function and had to take a shower but discovered only 1 towel had been placed in the bathroom by housekeeping. It took close to 25 minutes to get the second towel and I had to call the front desk twice to ask them to remind housekeeping to be quick as I was running late. Needless to say I was late for my appointment due to this minor error. Doors are solid and heavy and tend to slam when guests leave. This was a problem for us as walls are very thin and we could hear the conversations and tiffs our neighbours had. While we understand that what we paid is not a premium price, the Hilton brand brings with it an expectation of reasonable comfort. The front desk staff were absolutely brilliant and I would recommend this place for short stays.

Nice place at the middle town of KL city. Feel welcome by the staff. Clean room. Big space. Comfort bed. Clean toilet. Friendly staff. Plenty choices of breakfast buffet and delicious. Worth to stay here with affordable price. Almost perfect, love it! 😊

Smelly walkway & carpark”

It's built right in front of a dirty wet market. You are welcomed with the disgusting smell the moment you walk into the lobby. Same goes to the walkway when you arrive at your room level coming out from the elevator. Price wise is expensive, and breakfast-inclusive price option is crazy considering how limited the breakfast selection is and how small the cafeteria is right beside the lobby. If you drive, you will have to go into the carpark through the exit, as lorries will be blocking the entrance into the wet and smelly carpark.

Valuable for Price”

The hotel room is perfect given the price I have paid for. Carpet floors, full length mirror, comfortable bed and especially the spacious bathroom were amazing. The only small problem is the hotel's parking entrance is located at the alley behind.

Good Location, Centre of KL”

The hotel has friendly staff, good location. Its located near monorail Chow Kit with walking distance within 10 min. The food is 'ok' but not so good for me with the price tag RM 231 that I paid. The worst part of the hotel is their parking lot is near wet market which smells really BAD. The parking entrance is difficult to find if you are first timer. If they can improve their parking condition I think I am ok with the price tag.
