New and clean ”

Very nice place, but please take note that there is 2 hilton garden Inn, there is hilton garden Inn south and north, both next to each other but different reception, parking is a bit of a problem but u can valet the car for rm 15, the wet market is right behind the hotel so u can expect a smell. But rooms are very nice

Everything was good.The breakfast menu option could be better with a little bit more variety understood it's a weekday though so choice was limited.The heater took some time to work once turned for hot water.Other than that, everything else was perfectly fine.Would love to come back again.Thank you Hilton Garden Inn for the comfortable accommodation.

hotel very near to chowkit. I would like to give a credit to Hilton staff name Daniel wearing spectacle, he served breakfast and follow SOP, i can see he is alone managed big crowd and able to give smile to customer.

if you need to stay somewhere near by this areal the hotel are great for those traveler , public transportation are easy. but if you are driving not a recommendation due to location are super jam up and there not really have free parking only valet parking available, but you can try to park next door at another hilton garden. value for money for the hotel , and stuff are friendly . only the environment around the hotel such as wet market at the back so when u walk out form there sure have the stink smile( lucky there not smile in the room ) .

Great stay with Hilton inn, great staff service, helpful, clean carpet, clean bathroom and nice view outlook especially staying higher floor. Con - hotel location is further away from monorail. Thank you Malaysian hospitality.

Pro: Nice view at promotional price.. the rooftop is perfect to see firework during new year or merdeka day. Cons: Chowkit road.. coming alone.. probably need to be extra careful. Agoda pic can be misleading. Not the actual photo of room you want to book. Hotel not responding to special request via email.. hence not sure if request can be fulfilled.

Amazing staff, beautiful and modern hotel, good services ”

Good and clean modern hotel, well designed, with a very professional and helpful staff, good location, (3 min to Chow Kit Monorail station), beautiful rooftop and nice swimming pool with a great city view on Petronas Tower. Good and tasty breakfast with a lot of choices every day. Nice room, new Tv, bar, with water and coffee/ tea free of charge every day. They clean the room every day. Quiet and safe place. I absolutely recommend this hotel.

Great value for money ”

Not the best location (still got LRT nearby Chow Kit), but for the price paid it's definitely worth it as it's Hilton brand. Excellent roof top view too which is the feature of this hotel

Car park”

Please review the location of the car park where the guest in South Wing having problem to park the car. The accessibility to car park in North Wing very bad and smelly as located next to the wet market.

wonderful wonderful place”

i never knew how close this hotel was to my place of work. firstly, i would want to commend ayie, the hohtel staff responsible for my check in. He was very helpful, accomodating, friendly and he sorted out my parking issues very quickly and even the room i had wrongly requested.. secondly, the pool and rooftop bar was top notch. the music, the food and service was incredible. and thirdly, their buffet breakfast was simply amazing. hands down. the selection and the price for it was something i would come for again and again. overall great experience.. my only issue was the parking.. my touch and go didnt have enough credit so i had to wait for the security guard to come and get me which was a bit of a nuisance..and the parking faced a market so the traffic was a bit unpredictable ! but otherwise i would give thumbs up and recommend to stay especially at the prices now...

One of the best hotel I have ever been ”

The roof top hang out place was breathtaking. I love the idea that they don't any alcoholic beverages other than the beer. That actually helped me to enjoy the place with my family members. Music was a little loud for me but tolerable. I would prefer some instrumental music. I definitely want to come back again. I really want to thank the hotel stuffs. They were very friendly and extremely helpful.

Amazing Stay”

Room is spacious and clean, as all seems new. Fast check in and out. Breakfast is average. Near to public transport. Easy to move around. Located on front side of chow kit, away frm the chaotic wet market. Overall, i enjoyed my stay. Thank you hilton team for excellent hospitality.

There is no free parking”

Clean room. Comfortable bed. Nice soft pillows. Nice big TV with good reception. Room is a bit smaller than expected. Sound proofing is poor. Kept up by neighbors door closings and talking in the corridor. If you are driving, then this may not be the hotel for you. There is no car park. Instead, there is a valet parking service at RM15 a day for multiple entries. You need to trust them with your car. Need also to wait while they retrieve your car.

Branding”

Huge room size for city hotel, no need to worry as this hotel is under HILTON brand. Wilson parking need to increase their valet staff and reduced the parking rate.

Great Hotel to Stay ”

comfortable & clean.. Great location, nearby Monorail Chow Kit takes less 10 mins walk. Rooftop bar 25 floor great view of KLcc & Menara KL. Comfortable & cozy room. Just that.. surrounding area not so ok..old & low class segmentation area. Overall for the hotel it self, Great & Beyond expectation .
