Looking for Taxi to Fushan, he called a taxi but over charged me RMB 120. He claimed that unable to pay to driver, and must paid to him. Arrived destination, the fare just RMB 80, and driver said it is possible to pay once arrived. This guy is a con man. very bad experience.

Extremely Crowded East Subway Station within walking distance ”
Stayed several times at this hotel, conveniently located with underground Subway station and modern shopping mall within 15 mins walking distance. However, east station is an extremely crowded exchange station, prepare to be sandwiched and badly pushed especially during peak hours , the station connecting to several other lines so give Commenters better convenience . The Hotel is quieter and not far away from central Tien He with 5 stars international hotels like Marriot, Westin, Sheraton. Always ask Hotel staffs to assist you in calling a taxi in advance , private hire with slight higher fees is well worth , as these taxi are a lot cleaner, better attitude and safer drivers ;)

Once a giant ,why fallen ”
We stayed for 2 nights , request big bed for a couple to stay. Key card fails for 3 times , and have to when up n down to replace a key card. Manger promise a free upgrade and breakfast as a complimentary the next day , but need to check out n recheck in . We were disappointed, the upgraded room is smaller n without bathtub in the executive level. Instead the 1 st night room are better in size n facilities. Felt cheated n disappointed how a international hotel has maintain their facilities n treated their guest.

Stayed in a junior suite where the cleanliness could be paid a little more attention to, carpet wasn’t vacuumed everyday. Service of the crew were excellent, absolutely loved them.

Overall the hotel facilities have been great. Location suppose to be awesome too however I was disappointed. The location is not closed to anything (shopping or restaurant) that is kids walking distance. Althought it looks quite close to the main attraction, given the poor taxi cultural there, I would rather stay somewhere closer to avoid taxi. Sheraton Tianhe and Marriott would be the best!

Great services, good value for money”
Closer to the GZ East train station than I thought. We got a very nice room. Not at the end of the corridor as some guests described before. May be we were in the off-peak season. The services is really good. I would say one of the best in the many GZ hotels that we stayed before. The food in the Chinese restaurant was good too and we got 15% discount as hotel guest.
