Nice surprise at Mumbai Airport”
Excellent business hotel at Mumbai International Airport. Located just behind the more visible Grand Hyatt, has a nice almost colonial feel to it and staff makes the stay truly pleasant. Decided to upgrade and receive Internet, breakfast and airport transfer which all in all was a great deal. Rooms were well laid out, clean and bed and shower were excellent. Absolutely a good option when stopping over in Mumbai.

We stayed in the Hilton Mumbai on the last night of a two week holiday in Southern India. The hotel is easily the best 'airport' hotel we have ever stayed in, and we've visited a few! The location is spot on for Mumbai Intl airport (minutes away), the hotel itself is classy and charming, with a real personality; unlike the 'typical' Hilton run of hotels that all look alike (while still being good of course). The staff could not do enough for us, service was exemplary. Great pool and a top class gym. While not cheap, certainly worth it.

Superb Hotel”
have stayed at other 5* hotels close to bom but this one excelled in that it had the feel of a boutique hotel. i needed medical advice and their on call doctor phoned me within minutes of my request. a car was immediately arranged to take me to the private hospital 15 mins drive away (minor matter well attended to). the room was extremely comfortable with wonderfully soft pillows greatly appreciated after 2 long haul flights from california to london to mumbai. staff most pleasant and highly attentive. restaurant a little small but we were never held up- excellent service and menu. attractive large soaring ceiling lobby with comfortable seating also quieter and to the side comfortable seating in the bar/tea area in an elegant setting. bathroom on the small side but has all the luxury items one would expect. extremely satisfied. this would now be our first hotel of choice in transit on a visit to india.

Great overnight stay in luxury suite”
My family and I enjoyed the friendly, hospitable and ease of our stay. The Executive suite was large and perfectly accommodating for weary travellers on their way back home. Room service was quick and the hotel staff made my children very welcome. Would recommend for a overnight or longer stay if passing through Mumbai airport

great hotel if staying near the airport in mumbai, chinese restaurant very good but the best thing is that there is an in- house band playing every night and live music is missing in too many hotels. after a busy day either working or sightseeing it is very relaxing to be able to relax with a drink and listen to good live music

Booked to stay overnight close to the international airport, very fast and efficient checkin, very attentative staff, 4 resturants to choose from in the hotel, all menu's are iPad's, great bar, rooms & room service. I have stayed at many Hilton's as well as other brands, and this one is in my all time top 5.

Oasis of luxury close to BOM international airport”
we were upgraded to executive floor on this our second stay. executive facilities offered spacious barrel vaulted ceiling lounge with large comfortable chairs, excellent hors d'ouvres and wine selection and superb unhurried breakfast with windows looking onto the large green gardens of the hotel opposite. hard to believe you were in the hurly burly surrounding the airport.the interior design of the hotel is to reflect a summer palace- and succeeds. superb floral displays all in shades of pale greens to creams, public sitting areas offer a comfortable opulence and the staff are extremely helpful. having stayed at other good 5* close to bom we would now not consider staying anywhere else while in transit in mumbai

feel like in a fairy tale”
Excellent. Extremely friendly staaf everywhere. Swimming pool was closed for 2 days due to maintenance works. Staff arranged possibility to go and make use of the swimming pool at the neighbouring Hyatt hotel. Only negative point : Breakfast not complementary. Good location : 10 min from International and 25 min. from Domestic Airport. Lobby very beautifully illuminated in the evening with life music. I strongly recommend this hotel.

if you want to find a hotel next to the airports, domestic or international this hotel do the job. it doesn't look nice from outside but the lobby is very nice and rooms are more than correct. the staff was very very friendly and efficent. breakfast was good and hotel shuttle efficent. if you want to go to the city center this place is far. 1hour by taxi. i will come back.

Good business hotel with ideal airport location”
From check-in, to room service, to going out of their way to track down another hotel guest I'd met when arriving at the property, the Hilton staff were very accomodating and went as far as they could to assist with my every request. Thought the hotel was pretty busy yet one didn't feel it. Very peaceful surrounds and has all in place a businessman could need for a few nights stay. Good option I felt, would stay there again no doubt.

One of the best hotel experience”
This hotel is located just 5 mins away from the airport and 30 mins from the city. If I'm not mistaken, it used to be the Meridien Hotel. You are instantly greeted with warm friendly service upon arrival and throughout the entire stay. I was upgraded to the executive room which comes with complementary executive lounge services such as free cocktails and snacks in the evenings. The room was clean and spacious but there was no bathtub. The food was excellent with a wide array of choices. The only setback was that I was told by one of the hotel staff (Ms Mamta) not once but twice that for Rs , I will by entitled 2 days breakfast and wifi services only to find out during checkout that it was actually Rs day. Nonetheless, it was one of the best hotel experience I ever had. Highly recommeded for business travelers.

This is my third stay at the property and it surely is a class of its own, the main thing i love about the hotel is the silence that its rooms have , you can have a good calm day relaxing at the hotel without any disturbances whatsoever . Close to Mumbai Airport”
Due to its proximity to Mumbai International Airport we found that we were able to arrond meetings in this busy City with minimum exposure to traffic. The Hotel as small and not so busy. It has small areas that one can have a private business discussion. The Hotel does not deserve Hilton branding and is very tired. Also, in my view the photos on misrepresent the actual ambience of the property. The property has a clinical feel with Hotel staff giving off the same vibe. I felt very uncomfortable here compared to my stays at other Hotels nearby. Sorry.

Stay near the international airport”
Great place to stay while waiting for your international flight the next morning. Minutes away from the international terminal (BOM). Staff friendly and accommodating. Great gym and spa area to unwind. The staff even gave me tips on local places to eat. Peter Thomas Roth products a bonus.

Stayed at the King suite which was a superb room. Very large and comfortable. We needed a late check out and the staff was very accomodating. Full marks to them. We will definitely stay with the Hilton again

Great Experience ”
Hi, Took a pit stop before our International flight accompanied by my mom who is elderly. Amazing service from the entire team right from helpdesk, security to restaurant dining. Special thanks to Manish & Shristika (I hope I got this right :-) who made our breakfast experience amazing. A special cake of gratitude to my mom was the icing in the experience - much recommended clean safe space of warmth. Looking forward to next time.

Great Location but never again”
I was very disappointed in my stay as I felt that the Hotel had misrepresented itself as a 5 star Hotel. It is not up to usual Hilton standard. The entry to the Hotel is off a dusty road with the Hotel placed on a very small piece of land. Your car has to do a very steep and tight entry and when your door is openned you are faced with a wall of stairs to the foyer door. You then realise you have made a big mistake. Its so much smaller that the Agoda photos show, especially the shot across the Pool!! You are met in a business like manner by a clerk who takes you to your room for the check in. As you walk to the room through the hallways you notice how tired this property looks and once in the room its confirmed. I will say that the food in their restuarant is good but all their staff are strangely distant. Check out was clinical. There are better Hotels in Mumbai
